Excellent hotel, with its own beach. Great food selection. Clean and cozy. Our room had a sea view. After a long day, we were tired and went to bed early, but the evening shows outside our window, which went on until 11 p.m., were terribly disturbing. If you're traveling with children, it might be a bit of a bummer. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation.

You can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and use all the excellent facilities including the swimming pool for free. Meals are also provided at a reasonable price.

The hotel is very cost-effective. The dinner included in the room rate is delicious. The room is big enough, the sanitary conditions are good, and the swimming pool is right outside the Mediterranean Sea.

Located a 10-minute drive from the airport, the room was the same as in the pictures, slightly larger, and cleanliness was up to Egyptian standards. The breakfast was surprisingly plentiful, the best we had during our week in Egypt, and very good value for the price. There were lots and lots of cats in the courtyard.

It is a very beautiful resort, and the best in Luxor. Enjoyed the spacious compound and view of the Valley of the King and Nile River from the hotel resort. The lobby is huge, and the rooms are quite spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The Wi-Fi speed is decent and generally meets basic needs. There's a mall about a ten-minute walk away with plenty of dining options.

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels. So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Good hotel. The room matched the description. Breakfast was decent, service was unobtrusive, and the place was clean and tidy. I recommend it.

The hotel was OK, but it's far from the sea and doesn't even have a pool. Not recommended for holidays, you can go there only if you have business near by. As the area is so crowded.
