The staff were amazing. All of the guards, supervisor and staff in the aqupark and swimming pools and beach were not only extremely friendly but also extremely conscientious. We witnessed how quickly they acted when a child got into difficulties. We felt welcome and safe and the children adored them.

Great hotel in Luxor with beautiful views of the Nile. My room was very spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Pool and grounds were nice but there was a clear difference between the areas of the resort. The beach side was significantly more updated and the front side needs to match. Also, we ended up having three rooms because the first two were either still dirty and smelled, or didn’t even have a large bed for a couple.

Had a fantastic experience! Two days simply weren't enough, I'd say a minimum of three to five days is needed, and a full week would be perfect!
