The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. Right in the middle of Naama Bay, within walking distance to the market, cafes and the sea. The rooms were a bit old but clean.

Very large hotel with more than 600 rooms, a buffet, certainly existing but which sometimes and gives the impression of being in a huge canteen. Positive points, Well located in the shopping street. Private beaches 10 minutes walk away.

We were fine in general. We found rather more than expected. Food was good. Napkins were on demand. I really enjoyed riding aqua park facilities. The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. Very old hotel, needs a lot of refreshments but the employees are really making a difference. The biggest problem is the top floor dining room for breakfast with only 5 elevators. Rooms are not bad and bathrooms need renovation.

Jaz Palmariva is a lovely hotel. All of the hotel staff (are fantastic. The food is second-to-none and has to be the best I've had whilst staying at any hotel on holiday. All good except the beach. They do their best but it’s just not good. Also I am not a fan of the horizontal spread of rooms across large area especially when the water is expensive to turn the spaces to a real greenery area. But it’s ok. Food is ok rooms are ok and staff are also ok.
