Perfect in every way. The room was kept spotless everyday, our cleaner Mohammed was exceptional even came to us at the pool to make sure everything was to our liking and if we wanted anything more to let him know. All the staff from the cleaners to management went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us.

We checked in past 2 AM due to a flight delay, but the hotel staff thoughtfully offered us complimentary room service. Since it was the end of the year, I expected it to be too cold to swim, but during the day, even at 22 degrees Celsius, the sun was quite strong, and many people were swimming in both the pool and the sea. Although the hotel looks like a 5 star, I think it is only like a 4 star hotel. It is a small compact hotel. The cleanliness is good. Although the breakfast variety is weak, the lunch and dinner deserve 5 stars. The hotel staff is attentive and tries to help. It may be too long to have high expectations because it is 5 stars.

We arrived 09:00 morning 🌅 hotel great reception are helpful we received our key room .it was surprised room is very big and with nice views to the ⛵ sea and pools was amazing . restaurant's good and there is different kinds of food to much fruit 🍑🍓 my kids like aqua park 🏞️ was interesting vacation with my family I recommend Hawaii Paradise to all my friends and family

We were fine in general. We found rather more than expected. Food was good. Napkins were on demand. I really enjoyed riding aqua park facilities. There are busy swimming pools and those without anyone. Espresso was excellent. But sea isn’t too deep for adult, but good for kids and kite surfing beginners.

A nice, large hotel with spacious rooms. The area itself was expansive, featuring many pools and a wide range of activities spread out across the resort. We had an amazing trip and stay at Grand Waterworld Makadi. The facilities worked well, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean. The beach was stunning, with beautiful fish and coral. A few years ago I stayed in this beautiful hotel in the pyramid area after a 5 day cruise on the Nile. At first glance it was perfect! Excellent entrance, huge and sumptuous...With high-quality reception. Our room was spacious, with all the comforts and a beautiful view of the pyramids of Giza... Beautifully lit in the evening... Great location, right next to the Pyramids of Giza. We had the view of the Pyramids from our hotel windows. Breakfast buffet was amazing and included in the deal. They have great service. Overall a good hotel. Our family of 3 went there in Dec, 2019. Stayed their for 3 nights. Car parking was provided for a nominal charge. Very large swimming pools in the middle of the hotel.
