Everything here is perfect! Friendly staff, wonderful food, nice rooms, great swimming pools. There is also all inclusive lunch 12-3pm on the beach by the pier. This wasn't here last year. If you wanna catch up the first row space on the beach, wake up early! Place your towels and also something else on the sunbeds otherwise Russians are coming to steal your bed. Internet sucks inside the rooms. For me, internet didn’t work at all inside the room. Its a great resort with good rooms. They have 10-15 restaurants inside the resort. All you can do is relax on swimming pool and eat during your stay. I would highly recommend the resort owners to provide some activities/services as well instead of making everyone eat at 100 restaurants.

We were welcomed on arrival, despite being early (9.30am) we were allowed to go for breakfast and we were checked in by 10.30. The resort definitely looks a bit tired in places. I give positive reviews for the restaurant service to Ahmed and Mahmoud, who made the stay at the restaurant more pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for the money. I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals. Overall, the experience was not good value for the money paid, and I expected much better for a luxury brand like Rixos

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. They kindly let us return to our rooms after check-out due to a flight delay and even allowed us to have lunch after checking out. Excellent service and hospitality all around. Highly recommended!

Very nice place for family and kids, with well-organized dining buffet and the swimming pools are very clean and organized...you need no worries about food...the thing that I did not like is the room service ... sheets were not changed until I asked... nor the water bottles ... trash basket was not empty if I did not put it out... little things but it does matter ... though I liked being there and...

The room was average, a bit old, and the faucet was not working. The Asian restaurant was really delicious. I originally wanted to try all of the dozen restaurants, but I went to the best Asian restaurant first, and the rest were boring.

It was a very nice hotel. There were many options for children. We loved it. If I have the opportunity again, I will go again.

The hotel is good overall, with lots of food and fun. But be careful, our money was stolen by the staff in the hotel. We spent a lot of time at the front desk and checked the surveillance. Finally, we got the money back the next day without any explanation or apology, which wasted a lot of my time.
