We had a wonderful holiday! The room with the swim-up terrace was beautiful and very enjoyable. The animation team was great and created a fun atmosphere. The pools were lovely and the beach was within walking distance, which was perfect. The à la carte restaurants were also very good. Thank you for the great stay! Greetings from the Netherlands.

Everything else was amazing, but I would like to bring to your attention an issue regarding cleanliness. The bedsheets should be washed in 60°C hot water, as there appear to be bedbugs, and there seem to be quite a few. I returned home a week ago, and I still have red bumps on my body. Please improve the cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Only spent one night here before being moved to our booked hotel titanic royal. Super friendly staff. Clean room , fantastic shower. The sea is deep and the waves are strong in the afternoon, making it dangerous. The beach is narrow and dangerous, but there are plenty of fish to see. Excellent Resort , Cleanliness, and Friendly People here

Sataya was one of the best places we have experienced in Egypt. The only negatives were: Wheels on bed didn't lock Sales people had to be told multiple times daily,"when we want you we will find you, until then no thank you!" Otherwise we greatly enjoyed our trip and hope to return someday.

The hotel itself is beautiful, with vast, clean, and interesting grounds. The downside to this hotel is the sea, it has to be the worst i have been to in all of marsa alam and i have stayed in about 12 different hotels in Marsa, The only way to swim is off the Jetty and the coral you get to go snorkelling around is only small....

This hotel is close to the airport. I booked an all-inclusive package and was given a first-floor room. The hotel has multiple pools, a wide variety of activities, and a restaurant with a daily menu. The freshly squeezed juice in the morning is delicious. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

The front desk staff were rude and tried to scam us out of 100 yuan by claiming that our online order required offline tax payment. We couldn't be bothered to pursue it, but such clumsy tactics only bring shame to your country.

Overall a nice hotel. The rooms are very old and definitely need a renovation. The beds are good btw. At the reception the girl always says, “I have e very nice room for you”, but in reality all the rooms are old and nothing special. The food is good and there is enough choice. Beautiful resort. I stayed in a separate building with a room upgrade. The room was big and clean, and I really liked it. The breakfast, dinner buffet, and room service were all delicious. The pool was also very big, and the best part was that the grounds were so spacious that I could call a cart whenever I wanted to move.
