Facilities: The room looked quite old due to the abundance of wooden furniture. Cleanliness: Standard. Stayed for two nights, and on the second day, bath towels and water in the fridge weren't replenished in time. Environment: The common areas were nice, with Wi-Fi, two swimming pools, and a public beach. Service: Some staff showed signs of discrimination towards Asian guests.

This hotel offers incredible value for money. It's a huge resort with a private beach, perfect for swimming and diving in the Red Sea. The all-inclusive package is fantastic, with a wide variety of food and super friendly restaurant staff and chefs. An unparalleled experience!

The views are amazing, and the service was excellent. I also really enjoyed the food. It would be even better if the WiFi was more stable.

Had a great stay staff is helpful and friendly

So I did not read clearly when booking - all meals included, with beers / alcohol / snacks available basically at all time. The facilities (beaches and pools) were great as well. Staff was really nice but the front desks some times will try to be funny with you. But no big deal. I really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend.

Good place for a couple vacation

The room has a very charming, antique design. The staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the hotel's beach and architecture create a beautiful and relaxing environment. The only minor drawback was that the water flow from the faucet in the room was intermittent, but everything else was great.

Stayed at this resort on the 22nd of April for one night. The rooms are decent & comfortable. One basic necessity of a health faucet has been over looked. For a 5 Star rated hotel this is a huge miss. Also the Wi-Fi signal is worst I've seen by far. NO signal in the room whatsoever.

I stayed here for a week. The room was specious and comfy, beach was clean and fantastic, , water was super, food was great and various . Staff is too helpful and nice. It's definitely worth to book a room in this hotel and have a great holiday. Thanks everyone 10/10
