Great location close to Cairo airport. While property is somehow outdated but they managed to keep all facilities running perfectly. The hotel room and bathroom were very old. We booked a deluxe room, but it didn't resemble the pictures on the website at all. The food was passable, not inedible. They served almost the same desserts for three days. We ate in the outdoor restaurant amidst the noise of a 15-20 person construction team working on the new pool. I would not choose this hotel again.

The hotel is accessible via a covered bridge from Terminal 3, and a free shuttle bus runs between Terminals 2 and 3. The hotel also provides complimentary airport drop-off; since we departed from Terminal 2, this service was convenient. However, we had to wait around 30 minutes to check in at midnight.

Had a great stay staff is helpful and friendly

So I did not read clearly when booking - all meals included, with beers / alcohol / snacks available basically at all time. The facilities (beaches and pools) were great as well. The hotel's pictures looked beautiful, but we didn't end up going to Sharm El Sheikh because of a change in our travel plans, so we didn't check in. It would have been great if the hotel had allowed us to cancel for free.

Good place for a couple vacation

The room has a very charming, antique design. The staff are enthusiastic, the food is delicious, and the hotel's beach and architecture create a beautiful and relaxing environment. The only minor drawback was that the water flow from the faucet in the room was intermittent, but everything else was great.
