The property includes six different a la carte restaurants covering Italian, Mongolian, fish, sushi, and oriental cuisines, alongside a main buffet restaurant and multiple bars including a disco bar. Children are well catered for with three dedicated pools, a mini-club for ages 4-12, daily animation, a playground, and child-friendly dining options. The private beach spans 100 meters with sandy and pebble areas, a sandy sea entrance, and a pontoon to avoid the rocky sea floor. Free sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are provided on the beach and by the pools. Russian-speaking staff are available, and the hotel enforces a no-pets policy.

Reviews
However, there was one negative aspect that affected our first impression. The attitude and communication style of the reception staff were not welcoming at all. On the day we arrived, the check-in process took a long time and felt unnecessarily tense, almost like a passport control experience. The staff seemed nervous and spoke in an aggressive manner, which surprised us and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we had to justify staying at the hotel.
The reception team should remember that they are there to welcome guests and create a positive first impression, just like all other staff members. I hope they will improve their communication style and hospitality towards guests . The tone and style of communication was sarcastic , disappointing and egoistic. I have been to many 5 star hotels in different countries and never had such a negative communication issue. 4 star my first and probably last experience .
Building work, food isn't the best, rude staff apart from the entertainment staff, the spa staff were awful tried several times to over charge me. I had to shout at one because they wouldn't leave me alone. Then get someone confront me about videoing the building work. The boat they offer for snorkeling is horrendous.
The pool is the only good part
I highly recommend it to families with children. Great playgrounds, a mini club, a fantastic water park, and a sandy, rock-free beach.
It's also great that you can also use the playgrounds at Alibaba. Great rooms, good food, heated pools, and wonderful staff. A huge thank you to Guest Relation Nancy, from whom we booked the a la carte restaurant. Thank you, Nancy, for your help, professionalism, and smile. She's the right person for the job. A big thank you also to Mr. Abdel Kareem Salah at the front desk. We also thank Mr. Mustafa, the cleaning staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Everyday they keep building stuff . i don’t mind . but it’s not the place if you want te relax . because everyday there’s tiles being replaced and other things happening .
But the worst thing !!
Me, and everyone in my family, and everyone i have met in this resort all got food poisoning and diarrhea within a day!!
The chicken is red and it had a weird texture . fries are soft . and somehow i got poisoned .
i wonder why! 😡
I mean . i get you have to cook all day everyday . but man . just cook everything a minute longer . you have potential of being a 5 star resort !
Also don’t get all inclusive . only the poisoning food 3 times a day is free . and the ice cream at the pool that’s actually good and the drinks . everything else like cotten candy is really expensive
I hope you do something about it . since food is the most important thing . even more important then having fun .
