Affordable place with great location. Room is clean and tidy, with a little kitchen if you want to prepare meals. The beach is clean and nice with a small cafeteria for snacks.
The only downside was the weak WiFi, hope they improve that soon.

BEST PLACE I’VE EVER STAYED
Let’s start with the living room and rooms, the view was amazing, so clean.
They have a such a nice private beach just down stairs.
The staff it was really nice (Mohamed) made our time there special and we felt like at home, so kind, friendly and helpful.
I’ll go back there thousand time more.

I recently visited Alia Beach and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The beach was impeccably clean, creating a visually stunning environment. The absence of excessive noise added to the serene atmosphere, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing time. The water at Alia Beach was crystal clear and remarkably clean, making it ideal for swimming and water activities. The friendly and helpful staff further enhanced the overall experience, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable visit. In addition, the presence of a friendly and adorable cat who came to greet me added an extra touch of joy and happiness to my time at Alia Beach. Interacting with this cute feline companion was an unexpected delight that made my visit even more memorable and special. Alia Beach truly stands out for its cleanliness, serene atmosphere, friendly staff, and even the delightful company of its furry visitors. It is highly recommended for those seeking a clean, peaceful, and friendly beach getaway.

After three days at Alia beach resort I decided to stay two more weeks, since it’s a beautiful place and they made a really good price offer. But also the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was really nice and the view was also great. It’s a great location and if there’s a problem the staff is always there to help out, for example if you want to change rooms or need anything else.
I recommended this place to my German friends and family, definitely coming back next year!

First of all, the staff is very kind and responsive and the rooms had a good view.
It's located between Marina and El Kawthar which is good.
Transit is accessible from and to hotel.

Overall, it gives a good value for the price.

The only 2 main problems are:
1- There were dust on tables it needed more clean care.
2- Beach needs more attention of workers because some people (from nearby beaches) swim in the hotel's private beach area which is uncomfortable.
