Had wonderful Karelia Pastry for breakfast on our last day. :) Will be great if there are more varieties for breakfast. Overall we had wonderful 2 weeks stay here.

People and pet friendly, close walk to Joensuu tori (open market), restaurants, shopping mall, businesses, arts, river walk/park. Indoor, secure, warm car parking are, and quality breakfast buffet. Economical, excellent quality, and services.

The room is simple and comfortable, the environment is clean, it is located in the city center, the surrounding is quite lively, there is a supermarket which is very convenient, the scenery outside the window is also very good, and the check-out was delayed.

The hotel service is very good, there are several bicycles that can be used for free, there is free coffee and tea in the lobby after ten in the morning, and pets are allowed.

A good basic hotel, nothing to miss, but it didn't offer anything amazing either. Breakfast good, not extensive but included everything needed. Overall a 4/5 experience.

The receptionist lady was very nice, we arrived before the check in time but we had our room ready and she let us in. The breakfast was okay and there were microwace and cuttlery in the room too🥰🤗

This is a former Olympic training center now used by local youth as a full time training facility so there's a LOT of kids and families staying here but everyone was polite and well behaved. There was no nonsense. There are two food facilities on site - a snack bar that has sandwiches, burgers and snacks and the cafeteria used to feed the athletes and provide the free breakfast. The Room had 2 twin bedrooms and a double bed in the main area.A kitchen with dining area .A bathroom with Shower and Sauna.And a Balcony high enough to keep the kids safe. Not for hot summers. Lack of AC made this room hot. In the rooms there is a fan and we, as many others had it in the window to push in fresh air during the night. But there was a lot of cars playing music on full volume so we woke up now and then. A refrigerator in the room would have been nice to have something cold to drink

Good value for money Last minute trip to Alands. Hotel poses good value for money compared to others on island. Some parts of hotel are in need of refurbishment. We received a free upgrade and room was nice. Did the job for a one night stay.

The hotel is a piece of art in itself! What an architectural gem. Restaurant is good. Not too much choice but quality is there. The parc around is super peaceful and the deck to go in the sea after Sauna is amazing. Pool and sauna have limited hours (morning and evening) so carrefour with children. Also a bit isolated. Without a car you won’t do anything around.

Excellent location close to Rauma old town, very friendly staff at the reception, not so “customer oriented” at breakfast. Room spacious, clean, but outdated. Breakfast mediocre, but in a way has everything you need. Inexpensive overall, parking also included in price. Overall a good place to stay in Rauma.

Our room was very good and we got very good service (breakfast and help with our stay by the personnel). Parts of the hotel could be renovated (carpets near the stairs), but overall the condition is good. Nice large window wall on the first floor with view of the park across the street.

A cozy hotel next to Old Rauma A nice medium class hotel almost next to the Old Rauma area and a cozy sports bar (that wasn't too noisy or crowded) with very helpful and positive waitresses and pub food downstairs. Breakfast was plentiful, including both warm and cold sorts.

Very good hotel especially for the price that you paid

The room is clean and well-equipped with coffee, tea bags, a kettle and a microwave. The bathroom is also very nice. There is free parking not far downstairs. The front desk will send the door password, which is the same as the room password.

good place if you want a cheap night in turku. i booked a place via booking, they changed my arrival dates free of charge. impeccable cleanliness, but the interior can be refreshed. good contact with the hotel.

The location was great for taking an early ferry to Tallin. The studio was spacious and clean, and the kitchen has utensils to cook. They even have a Finnish sauna!

Gorgeous apartment, very spacious in centre of Saariselka. Absolutely perfect for me and my family. Had the best of both worlds - staying and relaxing in a very comfortable apartment and also exploring the town itself.

This was a great option for our stay in Saariselka - very centrally located and great to have a kitchen and washing machine which saved us lots of money in eating out.

Lovely location, very nice breakfast, also enjoyed very much the nearby frisbeegolf course (separate 6 euro charge which was ok). Spa rather small, but that was ok for us. Rooms were ok, though really lacked air conditioning.

A sunny day with the child Breakfast was great, quality pastries, good coffee. The area was wonderfully peaceful, we also went to Myllyjärvi a short distance away. We were missing peace and sun and it was guaranteed. Next time two nights so we can walk even a longer trip to swim. The child especially liked the indoor pool.

Stopped by for a lunch on home office day. Lunch buffe was good, the terrace was nice as well as the surroundings altogether.

I didn't know when I booked that this is exactly what I needed to restore my weary soul. A chilled dose of rural beauty near the lake with lush forest all around. And a steam sauna that's complimentary to guests. Dinner was simple but absolutely tasty. Breakfast is a grand buffet spread with many healthy options. I will return!

Short distance from Helsinki, rural, quiet and peaceful. Large room. The only remark is that you could have sanded - everything was frosty due to thawing weather and refreezing. This was my second stay and I will definitely be back next time. Pet friendly!

Stayed here for a work trip for three nights and I must say this is one of the best Scandic hotels in Finland, just because of the super friendly staff that takes care of you throughout your stay. The hotel might be busy, but the workers never show their stress or rush to the guests and are always willing to help. The Scandic brand gives you guaranteed standards wherever you go. The hotel in Rauma, well located for the old town and with free parking, is a bog-standard offering and nothing to write home about. It felt like a regional hotel trying to pretend to be something better. Staff is very nice as are the rooms basically, but it is on the third floor of an office building. No staff at night at all . Accommodating if you arrive late on day of arrival , but they close at 1:00PM on Sunday . Can’t even store bags after that time.

Like many cheaper Finnish hotels, doesn’t have 24-hour desk coverage, though staff when there were efficient and polite.

Breakfast was good, not outstanding. Our room was clean and the sauna was great! Can't beat the location for walking around town and the old part of Borgå. The staff was nice. We had an issue with our room key one evening and could not get in. The desk is not manned in the evening so getting a hold of someone to let us in was difficult but once we made contact they remedied the situation promptly...

This hotel is on the opposite side of the city center from the train station. Thus, the location might be so-so. However, other than that, I really like this hotel.

I loved this hotel. It’s located in the design district which has all the best shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was amazing. I purchased the Helsinki City Card from the front desk. Such a great deal. I walked, rode the tram, went on the panoramic city tour and visited many museums.

Our room was a decent size and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with numerous options. We were allowed to drink our own wine on their patio and use their glassware. That doesn't happen at many places. The hotel is well located within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shops and tourist sites. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Default hotel whenever visiting Helsinki - no need to stay in city center when I can get an entire private flat with excellent pubilic transport connection in Leppävaara. The Sello shopping center nearby is also excellent. Very cozy, friendly and quiet hotel - good for any length visits.

It's good. Not a big deal tho, but it's prefect for short stayings in Leppävaara, such as friends or relatives visiting during the Erasmus exchange.

Genuine placer, with great exterior and interior. Breakfast was really good, as was the sauna. It was really hot during our stay in Haukipudas and our room had poor air condidtion plus located on the floor just above the sauna, so we could easily change room thanks to the service-minded staff.
