We had a lovely stay at Churchill Hotel in Bordeaux! The room was very charming, well designed and restfully quiet! The staff were extremely welcoming and warm! They even let me play their piano which was wonderful! We will definitely go back !

The level of hospitality and warmth from the proprietor and his son is such a rarity. We felt so welcome and well looked after. Would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting Bordeaux. Location is excellent.

Stayed here for 2 nights and would definitely book this again the next time I visit Bordeaux. Location is great, walking distance to Meriadeck tram station (for easy access to airport)

Close to central attractions and good food options - we mostly walked to our destinations. Rooms were very comfortably furnished. Quiet and good blackout curtains

Everything was really fine. Breakfast very fine if you find something you like within the pretty limited range of offers.. great and silent rooms

Great, big rooms with bathroom and small kitchen. We also had big balcony with chairs and table, big window and great view to the lake. I didn't use pool, but it was avaliable to use also

Great place, specially if you are travelling with the family, modern, clean, nice restaurant, great pool, perfect holiday spot!

The pool was very useful in this very hot month of August and there is a supermarket within the premises in the service area. The room met our expectations and the views of the lake were exceptional

Good 6/10 Pleasant and clean stay but very basic - definitely not a 4 star- booked a studio and had bunk beds unless I wanted to make up the sofa bed Also expected to take rubbish to front of property upon check out and strip and bag bed sheets and towel's upon checkout 3 star at best

Beautiful location. You could live here all year. The two ladies at the front desk were also super nice and helpful.

Loved our week stay here, upgraded to 1rst floor one bedroom apartment with balcony and seaview, so worth it, lovely location fabulous staff, excellent welcome and instructions, it's a fab place to stay with big carpark, close to milady beach and 15 min walk to lively centre of Biarritz, we also walked to the lighthouse Recommend rooftop bar in radisson, fantastic views and bar extoli bibi

However, there are several minuses, there are no ACs in the room, some nights were too hot, and it is required to remove all bed sheets and towels before check-in, however, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere

Lovely hotel, the staff are fantastic and make your stay even better. It's perfect for walking aronnd the city centre but nice and quiet at night. The pool and sauna are very welcome after a day of sightseeing

He planned our upscale trip to Medoc region and also scrambled to set up a great day for us in St. We could not have done it without him. We highly recommend this hotel for their customer service and location

The English concierge ( who spoke fluent French ) gave us some great tips on nearby restaurants and recommended a wonderful wine tour to the left and right bank which was so informative and personal

We enjoyed the turndown service getting fresh towels and minibar restock. Breakfast about average for hotels of this class in France. Although they did offer champagne we didn’t see anyone drinking it at breakfast

Made recommendations for us and reservations for our dining experience and also transportation they really went above and beyond when we come back to Bordeaux we will definitely stay at the La boutique Hotel and Spa

The room was so clean and they offered you a free mini bar with snacks and water and juices. They have a small gym with a pool and a steam room and sauna it is amazing

The room was always spotless after cleaning and they left us chocolates and treats in the room. The location was excellent, quiet area of the city right by the tram. But walkable to most areas in the city

The location was excellent, and within easy walking distance from Place de Bourse, the Grand Theatre and directly across from a tram stop. The breakfast was delicious as were the cocktails in the bar

I told the person at the reception and he told us I will being it to your room. But we when to visit and when we got back the person was gone and no soap or towels

Nice little shower where hot water comes in a blink of an eye, temperature very easy to set; shower curtain is very convenient and well sized, no flood in the bathroom after shower ! Nice to have eggs and bacon for breakfast in France, not so usual ! I met two ladies hotelier who were charming, and welcoming; interesting little chat with one of them

Our stay was comfortable, as usually at B&B hotels. The room was not very big but it was clean and comfortable, above all the mattress, the pillow was a bit too low for my husband (as usual, as well) but I found it ok

Nice and fresh food very easy to order via an electronic terminal in the lobby; prices at the vending machine were more than reasonable. A good stay in a well designed accommodation and an example for other hotels !

Lovely quiet and peaceful place to stay. The self catering accommodation is well set up, no-one else overlooking you on your terrace. There's a pool, a washing machine place, a spa, and mini golf

This hotel have an excellent location (500m from Halles, 800m from center and 1200m from the railway station). Parking in the courtyard is a plus. The welcome was pleasant, and the room and bathroom were spacious

A bit dated in areas and getting a bit frayed around the edges but comfortable and reasonable value for money

The decoration could be modernised (a matter of taste), but this in no way detracts from the service

Simple but OK Simple standard, nice view over harbour, sunset. Close to the beach restaurants, small food shop. No housekeeping, which came as a surprise to us. Okay pool area.

The room we had with a third bed for child - the room was way too small for this and hot and stuffy , ok as a double - not ok as a family room. No air con so very hot in heat wave but at least nice opening window

This is a cheap place. You get what you pay for. Room was clean. Shower wouldn't stay pointing anywhere except at the wall.

She was very welcoming and helped us with all of our questions!! I stupidly left my IPAD in my room and she personally arranged for it to be posted out to me. She is a star!!! Will definitely be visiting again

We had such a good time at Victoria Surf! The building is in a great location, close to the beach and town centre. The room was comfortable and clean and we had the best time there

Laura in reception is so helpful and kind, she gave us instructions for parking and stocked up our coffee machine

Apartment was nice but no air con which was an issue due to temperature and had to keep window open at night for cooler air, so had trouble sleeping due to noise from outside (club was nearby) Everything included in apartment - coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and full oven and hob with all utensils and cutlery etc

The floor we were on (first floor) was the only one with no balconies, which wasn't what we were expecting, so if you want a balcony you should request that when booking Reception is only open in morning until 12

The photo showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one. The location was great, within walking distance to the city center, and the service was okay

She also allocated me a splendid studio which was spotlessly clean with kitchenette fully equipped. One light bulb problem was swiftly fixed. Plenty of storage A really well run facility

I stayed at this aparthotel for six nights in July 2025. It was my third stay at this well located accomodation which was especially well priced this year

This time a summer staff member Natania was excellent in printing out my onward travel train ticket which had been beyond my technophobe abilities

A quiet location in a residential street it is walking distance to much of the city centre attractions and services

At nearly 10 euros for a breakfast it isn't the cheepest you can buy but well worth the money and sets you up for the day
