This hotel is fantastic!! I really loved it here. The spa was small but nice, there's an outdoor pool in a very lovely garden. I had a massage and scrub treatment

I remember being delighted as the price was pretty reasonable, especially for August This is a perfect hotel couples I would say, it was a shame I was alone 😂 I will come back one day!

Which was wonderful! The food in the restaurant was lovely My room was the attic room and it was great, loads of space, great view. Comfy bed! The staff were friendly

Little touches in the room made it perfect, like dressing gowns, fridge, coffee machine

It has a Michelin Restaurant but my pockets were not deep enough to try it out!! The Bar is big and wide but, alas not fleshed out with guests which is a shame for it deserves more people to see how this once private House/ residence is still a nice place to rest after those Mountain visits! I will ,like the General, RETURN! Thank you dear Olga and all staff ( too numerous to name) for a very pleasant...

Hard to say what it is about this place, but we found it enchanting. Somewhat quirky. Very peaceful and pretty. Definitely memorable. Nice meals and friendly staff.

A family hotel, there are only two of its kind in France, in Paris and Bordeaux, with an honest 4 stars and located in the historical center of Bordeaux! Frequent and bright rooms, although not very large, but cozy, a SPA and a restaurant - what else is needed to have a pleasant time in the Wine Capital?! Oh yes, Wine Tour - there are countless vineyards and castles in Bordeaux! #inthewine

Wonderful room with two-tiered balcony and large shower room! Lovely breakfast and great location. Only complaint is toilet room was too small and difficult to maneuver to close the door (pocket door would be best).

The location is fantastic! Just a few minutes to the main train station for getting to and from destinations like the airport or Cite du Vin. It’s only a few minutes to get to all the shopping and restaurants

The one thing I would recommend is go out for breakfast as there are a ton of options in Bordeaux and their breakfast buffet is satisfying but it’s not the enormous breakfast you sometimes get in Europe

This hotel has been remodeled to a very modern facility. The room was well decorated and the bath area was very large offering both a shower and bath. It seemed to me the bathroom floor was heated

As for the spa, it was wonderful. Did the body scrub and massage. Used the steam room and Sauna as well. Very worth it after long days of food and wine tastings. Overall, an amazing experience

The restaurant is worth a visit just to sit back and look at all the quirky fixtures, the wallpaper on the columns is fantastic, the food served was just as good. The bedroom was lovely, a lovely comfortable bed

Nice location near lake, easy parking, short walk to tram station for excellent route into bordeaux town centre

The pool area was a nice addition but very small - only 4 sun loungers, and the pool wasn't very big

We had a hire car (parking was 8 euros a night) but if we hadn't, the tram line was close by. We had a studio room with a small kitchen area, which meant we could self-cater if we wanted - the fridge was really handy

There was a lovely restaurant (La Ferme) a couple of minutes walk down the road which we discovered on our last evening. Would definitely stay here again

We had dinner in three different, local restaurants, all of which were within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and all were amazing if you are a foodie. Highly recommended, luxurious boutique hotel

This was an absolutely beautiful hotel. Room was very spacious and so NICE! Wonderful to come back to and rest after a long day exploring. Staff was especially kind and welcoming. Top recommendation from us!!!

The staff really can't do enough for you, the front desk are so polite and helpful, recommending and booking restaurants and the night manager is super helpful and friendly

We enjoyed pre dinner drinks in the beautifully appointed lounge. The breakfast and attention to detail for the serving was excellent

Very good Fantastic value for money and helpful service. Out of town location but handy for the bus into the centre. Good parking. Just beware onsite restaurant closed Sunday night.

Excellent hotel for business people. The rooms are clean and of a decent size. The breakfast is also not bad. Try their memory foam Kyriad pillow, it's really good.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the Engish lady. Good nespresso coffee machine in each room. Spotlessly clean, conforming to all covid safety concerns. Will definitely stay here again when next in Pau.

It is centrally located with all bars, restaurants and shops no more than 5 mins. It overlooks the harbour & the rooms are noise free. The room was lovely with a huge comfortable bed

Check in was a bit of a mare as we had to ring the hotel to get bollards lowered to get car in. Worked out well in the end. Lovely location and nice staff

All in all, this will always be my first choice hotel in La Rochelle

There is a fridge , safe ,wardrobe and a large walk in shower. It is a small hotel so very easy to get to know other guests. There is a Boulangerie just down the road to the left and also St Nicholas on the road behind

We were given an upgrade and the junior suite was fantastic. We had space (not so good from an Eco viewpoint) and a view of the ocean. We hope that all future hotels are so comfortable.

Good location if you want to go to the beach or to the casino theatre for a show as we did. The staff is nice. And the breakfast is amazing : a lot of choice and local products, salty or sweet as you want.

Good breakfast and very nice staff. Rooms are standard ibis, so clean and comfortable without much character. But the location is great - steps from the train station and a short walk from many city centre attractions

After discussing with the custommer service from an initial refusal of flexibility related to cancellation due to covid rule changes in the UK we came to an arragement. Hence I am amending my review.

Had some confusion at checkin with breakfast, I thought they told me breakfast was included but they charged my 13. Apparently they were asking if I wanted breakfast included

Stayed here when our flight from Biarritz Airport was cancelled. Rooms clean and comfortable and staff helpful. Located right next to the Airport and 10 minute taxi ride to centre of town.

Excellent location short walk from airport.quiet room with very comfortable king-size bed. Great food in restaurant..all very pleasant staff.

Hotel close to airport. You need to place hanger on front door to get room cleaned. Breakfast was very good. Bus transportation is tricky but when mastered it’s effective.

The personnel was friendly and helpful. The toilet stopped flushing, we informed the reception about this and were given a neihboring room with a working toilet immediately

Only downsize was that our fridge/sink/microwave wasn't easy to use as there were no containers or basics ie cloths etc. Brilliant location for the centre

We were about 6 minutes walk from old town Centre. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Good beds and linen, towels, etc. Had a frig. Large bathroom. Good size room. Coffee in foyer.

Like many hotels in France the rooms are not huge but great location here. I had a wonderful 1 hour massage €85. The location is great 10 min walk through the park to the main port

A modern hotel in a very beautiful old town. Great facilities, pool, jacuzzi, garden seating. There is no restaurant at this hotel, there is a breakfast room and a bar. 5 minute walk from the centre of Sarlat

Parking is about a 4 minute walk with lots of stairs, and getting to the parking garage is a bit of an adventure. (Many streets in Biarritz are pedestrian only,) it’s also paid parking, with was rather expensive

Charming hotel in a lovely area. There was so much to do within a 3-10 minute walk of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, fresh food market, beach, etc. The room was very comfortable for 3 people

The bathroom was quite large with a nice shower. AC was a bonus, as was the mini fridge. Staff were very friendly and helpful in multiple languages

Indeed, the longest shopping street in Europe is moments away, as is the splendid Garonne, with boat trips and lovely walks. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast varied and plentiful if desired

Really nice hotel in a great location. Being just around the corner from the busiest section of the city means that you are centrally located but isolated from the noise. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable

We took breakfast, which was a self- serve buffet which had hams cheeses and croissants plus hot choices such as scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. Beware, the eggs in shells are uncooked

We found the hotel lived up to our expectations. The location is excellent, not far from the Opera house and cathedral. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom

You can float in the pool until evening, or simply sit by the pool enjoying a drink from the restaurant. This hotel was also one of my favorites

The hotel has garden with a rotunda where you can sit, as well as a swimming pool, which is perfect for cooling off in the middle of August

Good location, and did everything a hotel should on a business trip. Clean rooms, well laid out and bright. Bar/reception were always helpful and breakfast was good. Look forward to visiting again sometime.

A wonderful stay at Villa Koegui! The staff were brilliant and so kind and attentive. The location in Biarritz was ideal; everything was within walking distance and only a short taxi ride from Biarritz airport

Excellent welcome and availability of staff. Hotel very well located in the center of Biarritz (5 min walk from the ocean-Casino, 2 min from Les Halles, 1 min from Gare du Midi (performance hall)

The staff were all very helpful with supplies that were missing from our room. They helped us with restaurant suggestions and reservations. The hotel is right in town, minutes to everywhere

We did not have the breakfast, as 18 euros for what was offered seemed high compared to other hotels

Footsteps sound like loud stomping and unfortunately for us we had people both nights who were up stomping around the room, dropping thigs on the floor until 1-2am so it was impossible to sleep until they had gone to bed

Stayed here with my parents for a few days. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful especially restaurant staff. Room was clean and large with big double and sofa bed. We had two balconies to enjoy

15-20 minute walk into town but there are excellent bus services on either side of hotel. Biarritz is a nice surfing town with plenty bars, restaurants and beaches. Overall nice clean hotel, would recommend

There is a small park and beach access for dogs (winter months) which makes it a perfect spot. The hotel is clean and comfortable

Unfortunately their restaurant was not open on a Sunday so we took the opportunity to go into town for dinner, on our return the night manager wasn't able to provide cocktails from the bar so a pint of Heineken had to do for a nightcap 🤣 Breakfast in the morning had a good selection
