The room are really comfortable. The beds aren’t perfect but it was by far the best view in the mountain with the panoramic window in the rooms. A fabulous, stylish guest house ,great view from the balcony ...I stayed in room 202and it was very clean and modern.. The mattress is one of the most comfortable I ever had in Georgia. Wonderful hotel, really loved it! The host is so nice and welcoming. Rooms are up to a very high standard! After a week of staying here happy to come again. The only downside is the echoing staircase - the sound travels so well you can hear everything on through the floors. But usually it's not so much noise at night!

Location was in the middle of Mestia, easy access to everything. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Rooms were comfortable, bathroom was modern but smelled a bit musty but nothing terrible. Would stay again if coming to Mestia.

A good three-star hotel on the outskirts, importantly, a 5-minute walk from the center. Excellent views from the window—we stayed in a corner room with a window and balcony—with views of both the towers and the glaciers. Excellent ventilation without opening the front door. I didn't see any basic service staff after checking in, and I didn't see anyone when I checked out. The location is okay, there is a small courtyard, the room is not particularly large, and the facilities can only be said to be average. It's average, but the view from the window is good.

Overall it's good, the location is near the town center, if you drive by yourself, you can just park somewhere nearby where you don't block other people. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning or fan, so it's hard to sleep at night.

We booked a 45 square meter room, but when we arrived we were only given a small room, and there was a sloping roof above the bed, so we couldn't straighten our waist and would hit our head if we were not careful. the hosts are very nice and if you need anything they will help you, I took the room with terrace and it has a very great views. very clean and I will come back. The only thing is that it is up the hill so sometimes you will not be able to find taxis on bolt but the host told me he can provide taxi if i want , but i preferred walking and it was amazing.
