I selected it because it’s not so far from airport . Since the hotel is located near to main road, you can reach airport in 10-15 minutes at any time. In reality, the rooms are a little worse than in photos, but the most important thing is that bed and bathroom are clean. For such price it’s good option.

Stayed in this hotel prior to an extremely early flight departure. Complimentary taxi service to the airport offered for a stay of 3 nights or over. But easy to use Bolt to get to the airport. Amazing clean, comfortable, cozy hotel. Very hospitable hosts, responsive, always asked how we were doing, treated us to wine and the room was always clean and bathroom accessories were replenished every day. I am extremely satisfied during our stay at Hotel ZP. The staffs are accommodating and friendly. The room is clean and the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good but could be improved by providing better options. Overall, would recommend the hotel to others. Well hotel is good location but there no room service. No water given by hotel. Basic things like toothpaste and brush they not give. There is no lift 4 floor we climbed with our 2 year. Breakfast is extremely basic don't expect much. Might find other good hotels with same price or little more price. I will not recommend this hotel at all specially if family.

Nice small hotel close to the centre. We had a view of the cathedral from our room window. Cleaning every other day. Minor problem with breakfast, which doesn't start until 9am, which is absurdly late by my standards. Guided tours usually start earlier than 9am, then breakfast is unusable.

I loved it! It's clean, renovated and spacious esp the bathroom. They dont have free breakfast but before we left, they offered bread with cheese and coffee which is thoughtful. Wifi is great! I like the design its like modern victorian style. The place is near mini market, pharmacy, grocery and fabrika.

There were no slippers either, I tried to walk around the room barefoot, dust stuck, so I had to walk in my flip-flops. The glass wall in the shower was dirty. We rented a room at a very low price, so it's a sin to complain. But there are some flaws in the room that should be fixed. A broken bed, a crack in the bathroom, but these are minor things. We had a penthouse with a sea view! I recommend it

Almost okay. The biggest problem was the shower drain that didn't work. We asked twice to fix it. Room cleaning is done quite late around 5:00 PM and it's less convenient. Breakfast was reasonable, but almost no change in items.

Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights--prepaid by our tour company. The hotel says 3-star, it isn't. Maybe a 2-star. The personnel are great, wanting to help. The rooms are very small, cramped. Two adults with two suitcases need to be very nimble to navigate the room safely. The location is in the 'Old City' that is the place you want to stay, just in another hotel.

We ordered food and after 1 hour we had our food and not excatly what we wanted. Because the waiter didn't write the order and trusted his memory!

Had a great three night stay here. The team are friendly and attentive. Rooms are comfortable and have excellent hot water; not something to be taken for granted in locations like this. We stayed here for 3 nights, we really enjoyed the atmosphere, very friendly staff, the food was excellent (I like the chicken soup and roasted chicken with garlic sauce so much). We arrived at the beginning of June, the hotel had just opened, the temperatures are still low at night. We highly recommend the driver George for transfers between Tbilisi and Omalo.

The hotel is reasonably priced and the environment is good too. Location is great. In restaurant you will be test great Georgian culinary. The room is comfortable and the staff is friendly. Its easy to access and is not far from the sights in the city. Its a comfortable stay and I recommend people to come here.
