Very nice hotel with a welcoming staff. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice and decent. You can have coffee 24 hours. This is a very nice place in the center of the city. The staff is beyond our expectations. Really helpful, smiley, ready to provide breakfast even after the morning hours. Small, but clean and cozy garden with a pool. You listen to birds and silence, not traffic noise. The owner told me that building is the former Vatican embassy in Tbilisi. Rooms are clean, a very nice stay with kids overall!

The cleanliness and room comfort are excellent. This is a true value-for-money hotel. I've stayed in many hotels for the same or even higher prices. It offers excellent breakfast and a perfect location. The beds are soft and comfortable, and there's also the advantage of a balcony. There's complimentary water, tea, and coffee in the fridge. I highly recommend it. You won't regret it.

Memory hotel in Batumi is located in a Turkish mahalla. Nearby there are Georgian and Turkish restaurants. Also 200 meters from the hotel there is a store Lc Waikiki, which is very convenient for buying things. Alphabet tower, Ali and Nino, cable car - all within walking distance. The hotel staff is not particularly disturbing. I recommend.

It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Great option to stay! The room was clean and ready when we arrived even though we booked last minute. Easy checkin and checkout, great price. The airco was a little bit struggling, so we had to open the window to the street which made it quite noisy at night, but with a closed window the room was very quiet.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Freedom Square. There's also a small courtyard outside where you can sit and relax or chat. I noticed mostly Westerners there, no Asians. It's a bit old, but if you're traveling solo and want to save money, this place could be a good option.

This is more an experience rather than an accommodation. This Hotel is the only Soviet Sanatorium in operation in the city. It’s not perfect but it’s a rather unique experience to sleep in an historical place. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. In Tbilisi I stayed in 3 different hotels and this one is the best. Traveling with a baby is a challenge, but here I found everything we needed. Everything was great: the personnel, the rooms, the location. BUT the flashing illumination on the facade of the opposite building is nuts! The person who had the idea to install it has to be fired. The flashing light is so irritating. The curtains do not protect you at all. It makes it all look like a cheap Luna park. Terrible.

Breakfast is served late, from 9am to 11am. I was planning to leave at 8am, so I asked for a simple breakfast at 7:30am. There was a strange smell in the bathroom all the time, so I used deodorant. The female staff didn't speak English but were very friendly, and at night they replaced the male staff who spoke English. If you have any questions, you can ask the staff. They were very kind.

I didn't see any basic service staff after checking in, and I didn't see anyone when I checked out. The location is okay, there is a small courtyard, the room is not particularly large, and the facilities can only be said to be average. It's average, but the view from the window is good.

Overall it's good, the location is near the town center, if you drive by yourself, you can just park somewhere nearby where you don't block other people. The only problem is that there is no air conditioning or fan, so it's hard to sleep at night.

Hotel Marlyn is a fantastic choice in Tbilisi, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully run. The rooms are spotless and well-maintained.
