The rooms are nice, but the location is far from the city center and the hilly terrain makes walking difficult.

I was only there for two days, but then I had to extend my stay for another two. I continued to stay because the staff, especially John and Dina, were very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for your support during my trip to Tbilisi.

There were no problems with communication. Both Russian and English. Great breakfasts on the terrace. Thank you. Mountain views. Cicadas singing. Everything was fine. However, we were late for the minibus and then had to climb up the mountain.

Excellent hotel, great location (nearby downhill metro Rustaveli) although we did not use it, all the sights in the center walked, helpful staff, delicious hearty breakfast. I stayed fir three days and i enjoyed my stat at Andza hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Room has great view looking down the city. Staffs were very friendly. I would stay again next time i visit Tbilisi.

I am extremely satisfied during our stay at Hotel ZP. The staffs are accommodating and friendly. The room is clean and the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good but could be improved by providing better options. Overall, would recommend the hotel to others. Location is within the heart of Tbilisi which is walking distance to the city’s center and sulfur baths.

Well hotel is good location but there no room service. No water given by hotel. Basic things like toothpaste and brush they not give. There is no lift 4 floor we climbed with our 2 year. Breakfast is extremely basic don't expect much. Might find other good hotels with same price or little more price. I will not recommend this hotel at all specially if family.

This is the best hostel, run by the friendliest people, in an amazing location! When I left, it felt like I was leaving my own home. Nice small hotel close to the centre. We had a view of the cathedral from our room window. Cleaning every other day. Minor problem with breakfast, which doesn't start until 9am, which is absurdly late by my standards. Guided tours usually start earlier than 9am, then breakfast is unusable.

Great neighbourhood and rooms. No elevator leading to the lobby, entrance may scare you at first. The reception is nice, polite and helpful, all english speakers. The only problem is the toilet seat leaking and room cleaning is only done when you ask for it explicitly in the morning and you need to specify its time.

If you're looking for a u s or european chain hotel experience, this is not the place for you. If you can appreciate funky creativity It can be nice. I read a lot of rave reviews about this guesthouse. But for the price, it's so-so... I can't say anything bad, but Georgia has impressed me with its service in many places, but unfortunately, not this hotel. The sofas are very dirty. The shower is weird. Due to various reasons, the original accommodation was fully booked twice. We contacted Ctrip customer service and changed it to Pyramid. The customer service was in contact with the owner throughout the whole process. The owner was also very nice and had been waiting for a long time. Otherwise, Kazbek would have become a day where we would have to sleep on the streets.

Wife and I stayed here for 5 nights--prepaid by our tour company. The hotel says 3-star, it isn't. Maybe a 2-star. The personnel are great, wanting to help. The rooms are very small, cramped. Two adults with two suitcases need to be very nimble to navigate the room safely. The location is in the 'Old City' that is the place you want to stay, just in another hotel.

We visited In the Shadow of My Meitaki and the experience was excellent. The food was outstanding. The hospitality felt genuine and warm. Had lunch at The Shadow of Metekhi here in Tbilisi — the place is absolutely stunning! The view overlooking the city is breathtaking, especially at night.
