It’s in a great location. Breakfast is very good. Most day trip tours begin at 9:00am and breakfast begins at 9;00am so was a bit problematic. Seemed a little late but I think that’s normal in Georgia. Staff wasn’t very friendly which was a bit sad. It’s very clean, comfortable bed and great facilities.

My wife and I had change of plans at the last hour and decided to go to Batumi. but the hotel owner was very kind to cancel the booking without penalty. We stayed after returning from Batumi. As a place Stepantsminda is a beautiful town and this hotel has some mesmerizing views of the mountains on both the sides. I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is provided if you pay extra. The rooms are near and good enough size. My only complaint is the shower area of the bathroom wherein the water clogs. They do not have a restaurant but you can order online food.

The staff here is extremely sweet and supportive - It gives a homely vibes. Although not that posh - this place is much better than the other commercial hotels I have stayed in. Very friendly welcome. They speak a little bit English. Room was clean, decent flat screen TV where you can plug in you own USB key/hard drive to play your own series. Breakfast was good. I recommend it to those who love a quiet and calm vacation with the ringing of cowbells. Everything seems to be fine, but I expected a kinder attitude from the owners. They save on everything - electricity, slippers, robes. A very quiet hotel where there are even swings, a hammock, and a veranda. I recommend it!

This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful.

Super modern and beautiful hotel, with amazing staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided support in everything and it was very enjoyable to chat with them. The rooms were clean and there was 24 hours hot water available. Breakfast was enough. There was wifi in the room. The location was great, close to places to visit, and there was a metro and many bus stops with it.

Staff there are very friendly and helpful. The interior of the hotel is very traditional . It's very clean and the location is very nice. You can definitely visit most of the attractions by walking distance. However the wall is kinda thin and theres only wooden stairs. For those who have heavy luggages will be inconvenient. I was traveling alone and stayed at a hotel called Pushkin because of its name, but it was the worst hotel I've stayed at during my entire trip. It was a bit pricey at $32, but I think there are a lot of better hotels for $35.

The lady who introduced my room was terrible and never explained where the reception desk qhich was located at 9 th floor. Her working hour should 0900-2300 at reception. She want to go home earlier than my arrival time 2230pm. Wifi password in airbnb was not right. Later she gave me password.
