The staff is very nice and helpful. The cleanliness/hygiene could be a little better, the bathrooms for example were not very thoroughly cleaned. There was a problem with the shower drainage, but the staff fixed it luckily and I was thankful for it. All in all it's okay.

Although it is far from the center of Gori, it is close to the station and there is a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient in that area.

What a wonderful experience in this lovely unique hotel that provided me with a beautiful room (upgraded because there was availability). The view behind the hotel is stunning. The rooms are clean, and the owners, an elderly couple, are incredibly kind. They even have some adorable dogs and cats. Worth to stay Rooms are clean and quiet, nice place to stay after the four days hike. Staffs are helpful and warm, specially the breakfast lady, love her so much. A bit far from the bus station, around 20mins walk, but it's worth it.

I really liked the hotel. It was clean, warm, and the room was pleasant, with a stunning view of the mountains. The lunch was delicious, and the atmosphere was overall pleasant. The hotel manager, Oleg, answered all my questions. He immediately told me where the best food was (the Svan courtyard), where to go, and what to see. He treated me to food and drinks. I loved everything, thank you!

During check-in, the staff couldn't find my booking number, but they resolved the issue and I was able to check in without any problems. The entrance was a little difficult to find as there was no sign. The room was clean and exactly as pictured.

This send like a new hotel. The property seems newly built, but some minor details are missing. For example, there's room for a TV but no TV. There's no sign on the hotel or from the street to the hotel. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to assist. It's within walking distance to the village center. Breakfast was nice and the balcony on the top floor really nice to sit at.

I had a bit of trouble finding it because there was no hotel sign or information sign. There is no TV, refrigerator, water, cup, or slippers in the room. Shampoo and shower gel are available. You can borrow a hair dryer by asking the front desk. Morning breakfast was okay. It's a bit far from the center.

Its convenient if you need to wait before flight. But WiFi only would work in the lobby.

Stayed in apartments. So so hot! Even with radiators turned to off, it was still super hot in there. Needed to sleep with windows open. But apartment by itself is clean and fresh. Couldn’t understand roomservice schedule. Skipping for more than week, then came every second day 😄 Comparing to Georgia - can recomend

I stayed here with friends for a few days and it was great. The apartment was clean and well-heated. The surrounding mountains and forests offered plenty of great views and spots to go out and have fun in the snow.

Decided to stay in apartments of Orbi on the weekends with family. Special thanks to the reception desk and all staff who supported us. Please be attentive on building choice as Spa center is only in the first one. We stayed in the third one and had to walk in snowy weather to the pool.

Overall my 4-days staying here was OK however a bit spoiled by some details. First of all I was forced to wait over 2 hours to be accommodated (until 5 pm!) due to "room preparation" which is not really acceptable as the check-in time is 2pm. I would rate my experience as 3.5/5. The room we stayed at was absolutely amazing, stunning even! The curtains could be bigger though, they don’t cover the windows properly. The rest of the hotel felt very unfinished - there was a lot of construction and renovation happening here and there, and I sometimes felt there’s not enough personnel to help the guests with anything. The cafe seemed quite overpriced...

This is a fun place to stay, the rooms are very cool. Location is removed from most eateries etc. so we were often taking taxis into town, but it is also quieter and less crowded. Gorgeous hotel! The rooms have absolutely everything you need. Wonderful stylish design with an internal open staircase overlooking the mountains, an elevator. Incredible hotel with super comfortable beds and a great location on the best zone of Kobuleti. No breakfast service unfortunately and there is a noisy music playing on the opposite side until early morning.

Wonderful service and great location The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay — truly outstanding service. Wonderful place with stunning views. The room is clear and very light, as well as it’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This is the best new hotel in Mestia. I had the suite with the veiw seen in the image. You can also see the snowy mountain on the right hand side. One of the best apps for taxi in Tbilisi Georgia. I took many trips and never ever had a problem. The only one small issue is that some drivers can't speak at all. But all in all I am very happy and will always use this app.
