This hotel running by a great family and rooms are neat and clean, atmosphere is great and worth it, thank you Toma and sophy and Toma’s wife.

It was better if there was a trash can in the room. Also, there is no elevator so carrying suitcases was a struggle. The hosts were very kind and welcoming.

The location is superb. It's conveniently located near a train station, subway station, and a local market, making dining very easy. The bed was quite soft, but I found it surprisingly comfortable. This might be because the excellent air circulation kept the room cool enough that I didn't even need to use the air conditioning!

Great place to stay. We arrived late and the hosts took us to a place where we can eat. Next day we had a trip planned and there were difficulties due to the weather. The hosts kept us updated about the circumstances and also booked us a taxi to the station. The rooms are great at very competitive prices, with all the services needed. Big, clean and quiet. Nice and quiet, close to the Old Town, good breakfast!

Aside from the uphill climb, there's nothing wrong with it; consider it exercise. Breakfast isn't very varied, and it's essentially a buffet, but you need to get up early to eat. If there aren't many guests, the quantity prepared is limited, and if you arrive late, there won't be many options left (breakfast is served from 8-10 am).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided support in everything and it was very enjoyable to chat with them. The rooms were clean and there was 24 hours hot water available. Breakfast was enough. There was wifi in the room. The location was great, close to places to visit, and there was a metro and many bus stops with it.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was good. Rooms were neat and clean and fridge was full of wines, water, snacks etc. The view from hotel is also beautiful. They serve breakfast individually to everyone and the service is also really nice. We stayed at Phazisi Hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday in Georgia. We found the owners to be very kind and helpful. They stored our bike boxes for us for several weeks while we cycled around the country.
