Kutaisi, N10, 26 May II Aly 🧭 Map
A good hotel. It's a bit far from the city center, but that's not a deal-breaker. The room is spacious, clean, and has everything we needed. We were given a room with a balcony and a nice view, which was a plus. Cleaning was done daily, with towels and toilet paper changed and water, tea, and coffee replenished. Breakfasts were delicious and varied. There's a rooftop terrace with a bar, hookah, music...
It's actually a very small guesthouse, tucked away in an alley, so it's not easy to find a place to stay. I was driving, so parking wasn't very convenient either. Honestly, this quality would only cost around 100 RMB in China. There are quite a few hotels to choose from in Kutaisi, so I suggest you look around; I wouldn't recommend this one.
A wonderful hotel in Kutaisi! Our family has stayed here several times, and every visit has been just perfect. The host is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything you need. The location is excellent — close to the city center, attractions, cafes, and shops. There’s a lovely rooftop terrace with a stunning view of Kutaisi, especially beautiful in the evening. The hotel...
Stayed in a single room for 1 day. The views were beautiful it was looking at the city and the cathedral. The breakfast was nice nothing extraordinary. All of the staff were nice! The terrace had amazing views and the barman entertained us and made us delicious drinks. It was a good stay recommend!
This very reasonable priced hotel had a beautiful terrace overlooking the city. The breakfast was great, the ladies were on top of it. The staff was nice
Pretty hotel, peaceful area not far from center. The room is clean and all included - tea, coffee, water, toothbrush, slippers.. upstairs you can find terrace with drinks and music till 23-00. We travel with 3 friends and there are rooms with comfortable beds for 3.

A lovely garden and a large house, with every guest room having its own bathroom.
The hot water works perfectly, with great water pressure and drainage.
You can use the kitchen and washing machine for free, making it a very comfortable place to stay.

We've been staying here for years. It's a wonderful place with incredibly wonderful hosts. There's no other option for us. We've left our car there for extended periods several times. We highly recommend it.
The owner was very friendly, everything was great.
Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll. The private room, with its own bathroom, and the guest kitchen were also very helpful. I'd definitely return the next time I visit Kutaisi.
Hotel Kharabadze, located in Kutaisi, Georgia, is praised for its excellent location, cleanliness, and friendly service. It's within walking distance of local landmarks like Bagrati Cathedral and the Kutaisi Botanical Garden, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. I stayed there in 2018 and hope can visit again. Is it still in business?

Great for the price, super central
Location is walk away to attractions, great restaurants, tours, and bus terminals. Further, the hotel is sparkling clean and reception attendants are accommodatijg and prompt in providing requests e.g. electric water heater.
A wonderful hotel with wonderful, welcoming receptionists, Manana and Krestina. The hostess is welcoming, kind, and caring. It felt like visiting close relatives. Our family room on the 3rd floor has a beautiful balcony and mountain views. When booking, please note that the hotel has rooms with shared bathrooms, so you'll be delighted. Unfortunately, we arrived in Tbilisi on a cloudy, cold day, but...
Perfect host at the reception.
The hotel owner and staff are amazing. They are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable. I had a great view of the city from my room. The Flamingo hotel is a small hotel, but definitely worth the stay. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
The hotel is located in the old town. Upon arrival at the railway station in Tbilisi, we ordered a taxi. Taking into account traffic jams, we drove for about 30 minutes and paid 15 GEL. Whereas it was much faster and more convenient to get there by metro, which is located at the exit of the station on the left. Go 4 stops to Avlabari station. Compact room with comfortable stay, located in the prime spot and good view. Breakfast service was good.
Just stayed 2 nights but great, even made me breakfast early than usual because I had to leave before.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for two days with a friend, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the serene Rife Park, making it ideal for leisurely strolls. Although the area is a bit quiet at night, it feels completely safe, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hospitality? Absolutely warm and...
Great service by George. He welcomed us with a smile . Since this is the first stay we booked in Tblisi we right away felt welcomed into the city. Later he showed around the hotel , gave very good breakfast. A wonderful guy with a wonderful place. Would definitely go back again!!
We stayed here between late June and early July. It's a late review because of a lot of stress on the home front. Sorry.
Rooms, rooms are equipped with ac, fridge and tv. There's also wifi and the rooms are beautiful.
Staff, they're amazing, friendly and caring, they helped us a lot and looked after us while my partner had to visit the hospital. (She's doing better now)

It's a very convenient place, the rooms were comfortable to rest in and in general the place is enjoyable, great place would visit again.
I already gave a review on a previous occasion. Nothing more to add. Absolute top value for money. Very clean and more then value for money. I will definitely return there on my next visit.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Very good value for money. Very friendly managers. Plentiful breakfast and dinner. I will definitely go back there.
great place for sleep - clean, easy access for parking from main street, very nice service and good breakfast. The only issue in our room was squeaking bad if somebody is sensitive to sounds it's hard to get deep sleep

The place is amazing. So beautiful, so cozy. Everything is clean, smells great. Location is in the best spot . The service is on point. We had a few questions as changing rooms and carrying our luggage so the staff helped us out in a moment. So it was a great experience. Thanks to manager Nickolas and Anna. God bless them!
I stayed for four days. I liked the balcony and the location; it's not far from the main intersection, and the pedestrian street is conveniently located on both sides of the road. A popular ice cream shop is about 100 meters away. The room was cleaned daily, which was nice. The only downside was that the front desk staff weren't very welcoming.
It was a convenient location near Liberty Square and the subway. The cobblestone streets made it difficult to carry a suitcase, but it was only a short distance away.
The location is very convenient, close to everything. The hotel crew are very helpful.
The hotel is located in the old street of Tbilisi, within a 10-minute walk of the Kuva River, Freedom Square, and Europe Square. The hotel rooms are clean and the service staff are friendly.
An unassuming, clean and quiet hotel down a small cobbled lane, a short walk to Library Square. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. A shower curtain or door would help prevent splashing. All amenities provided (kettle, fridge, TV, Aircon etc )

This was a wonderful, friendly hotel. The staff are very welcoming and obliging. It offers a joyful breakfast and there is an attractive garden setting with seating. It is worth seeking out as it is in a quiet location, but worth a walk around the local area when you settle in. It was very clean and comfortable and great value. This hotel running by a great family and rooms are neat and clean, atmosphere is great and worth it, thank you Toma and sophy and Toma’s wife.
It was better if there was a trash can in the room. Also, there is no elevator so carrying suitcases was a struggle. The hosts were very kind and welcoming.
It was a wonderful hospitality. We didn't get to meet the gentleman, but I want to thank Sofie. And we have a wonderful cat. Everything was extraordinary. Clean, complete, ready. Thank you so much 🌸👑
The location is superb. It's conveniently located near a train station, subway station, and a local market, making dining very easy. The bed was quite soft, but I found it surprisingly comfortable. This might be because the excellent air circulation kept the room cool enough that I didn't even need to use the air conditioning!
Great place to stay. We arrived late and the hosts took us to a place where we can eat. Next day we had a trip planned and there were difficulties due to the weather. The hosts kept us updated about the circumstances and also booked us a taxi to the station.
The rooms are great at very competitive prices, with all the services needed. Big, clean and quiet.
