It's actually a very small guesthouse, tucked away in an alley, so it's not easy to find a place to stay. I was driving, so parking wasn't very convenient either. Honestly, this quality would only cost around 100 RMB in China. There are quite a few hotels to choose from in Kutaisi, so I suggest you look around; I wouldn't recommend this one.

Stayed in a single room for 1 day. The views were beautiful it was looking at the city and the cathedral. The breakfast was nice nothing extraordinary. All of the staff were nice! Thanks to the incredibly kind host, I was able to create warm memories of Kutaisi. It's about a 20-minute walk from the city center, and you can walk along the Rioni River along the way, making it a great place for a stroll. The private room, with its own bathroom, and the guest kitchen were also very helpful. I'd definitely return the next time I visit Kutaisi.

great place for sleep - clean, easy access for parking from main street, very nice service and good breakfast. The only issue in our room was squeaking bad if somebody is sensitive to sounds it's hard to get deep sleep

I stayed for four days. I liked the balcony and the location; it's not far from the main intersection, and the pedestrian street is conveniently located on both sides of the road. A popular ice cream shop is about 100 meters away. The room was cleaned daily, which was nice. The only downside was that the front desk staff weren't very welcoming.

It was a convenient location near Liberty Square and the subway. The cobblestone streets made it difficult to carry a suitcase, but it was only a short distance away.

Located right in the old tbilisi city, everything is convenient. Lovely bars around and good party spirits. All tours commence from this place..the staff is very good ..the inhouse restaurant doesnt seem to be operational...just keep in mind it is a two floor property and you may have to take the stairs with your luggage

I traveled alone.. I could use the terrace and there was a window sofa on the terrace window, so it was romantic.. The large tile bathroom was also clean.. I felt like it was a bit excessive for $35.. So I asked to extend my stay for one more day, but they charged me $135, so I checked out without a second thought. Haha

We stayed at Phazisi Hotel at the beginning and end of our holiday in Georgia. We found the owners to be very kind and helpful. They stored our bike boxes for us for several weeks while we cycled around the country. The rooms are good, very comfy beds and it is in a quiet location with a metro station close by for easy access to the inner city.

The location is superb. It's conveniently located near a train station, subway station, and a local market, making dining very easy. The bed was quite soft, but I found it surprisingly comfortable. This might be because the excellent air circulation kept the room cool enough that I didn't even need to use the air conditioning!

I stayed at this hotel with my husband and it was beyond our expectations. The staff was good. I stayed at this hotel last week with my partner. we really enjoyed our stay here, very quiet and lovely views of kutaisi and bagrati monastery. our room was very spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. the owner was very welcoming and helpful for any requests we had.

We booked a four-bed room, but ended up with a three-bed room because the person refused to check out. When we asked for compensation for the cheaper room, there was no compensation. Overall, it's not a serious issue.

Aside from the uphill climb, there's nothing wrong with it; consider it exercise. Breakfast isn't very varied, and it's essentially a buffet, but you need to get up early to eat. If there aren't many guests, the quantity prepared is limited, and if you arrive late, there won't be many options left (breakfast is served from 8-10 am).
