Memory hotel in Batumi is located in a Turkish mahalla. Nearby there are Georgian and Turkish restaurants. Also 200 meters from the hotel there is a store Lc Waikiki, which is very convenient for buying things. Alphabet tower, Ali and Nino, cable car - all within walking distance. The hotel staff is not particularly disturbing. I recommend.

It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Water is free to take at the front desk, but the owner doesn't inform guests; I suggest informing them to improve the experience.

Everything was great: the personnel, the rooms, the location. BUT the flashing illumination on the facade of the opposite building is nuts! The person who had the idea to install it has to be fired. As a place Stepantsminda is a beautiful town and this hotel has some mesmerizing views of the mountains on both the sides.
