The fastest check in experience ever. The guy at the reception was super cool and super prompt and gave us the best deal. Loved the room and the general behavior and non frills check in even when we came in without a reservation at midnight.

Clean and upmarket with lovely finishes. Bathroom is a pleasure. Location is excellent. Not expensive at all. If you you need is a clean, comfortable and lovely room with access to old town Batumi then this is it.

We enjoyed our stay here, although the receptionist didn’t seem very talkative. The room is as on pictures, the only thing I would recommend is to change the bath towels, they are very old and small size. Check out time is 11:00 am (. Nice view from the roof 👍🏻

When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Room was decent but with the view of neighboring windows really close. There were clean towels and bed. AC and fridge were working fine. Breakfast was so terrible. Bread was always 1-2 days old. Khachapuri also felt old and I had to put a cheese on it. Some of the sausages also felt like they were old. The only decent thing was a boiled egg. Flies were around and on the food.

Excellent hotel! Employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I forgot my keycard in the room twice and they were very helpful and accomodating. Nice hotel with perfect location near historical center and beach. The room was nice and clean. We had also balcony, minibar and TV. The only negative was shower which is terrible. It has no gradient and the water was everywhere in the bathroom not just in the shower. WiFi was stable and fast enough for basic browsing or video calls. Staff was super friendly!

For kosher and non-kosher people one of the luxuries restaurant, food is very delicious, variety of food will surprise you. I recommend to everyone, enjoyed every moment. Hotel has every eminent for kosher people, you won’t regret and it is worth of every cent.

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. A really great hotel indeed. It has huge rooms definitely fit for more than the people assigned to it. A balcony with a view of the Black sea. And if you don't want to go to the sea there is a big pool downstairs. The breakfast was OK. Definitely not as good as the rooms but acceptable.

The experience is fantstic, all these buildings (3) have the fantastic view of mountain on one side and black sea on the other side. These apartments are equipped with modern facilities & amenities and when you do rent them make sure you return the apartment key in the same manner as you dont want to be paying for expensive furnishings or marbles due to accidental damage.

The hotel was OK, and the staff is friendly. And I was clean. The only problem my head is that I don’t think they were expecting a guest in my room. Had a rest with friends in 2015, everyone was very happy, great staff! During our stay, one of us had a birthday, so they decorated the gazebo for us, and generally helped with the organization. We became friends with the owner of the hotel. Everything was great! I hope to visit there again!
