This is the finest hotel in the city, as I experience a sense of comfort and familiarity here. The interior is both cozy and aesthetically pleasing.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in September 2024. Everything was really great. The rooms were very clean and tidied up daily. The breakfast was high quality and diverse. The staff were completely respectful and polite. The only downside was that a cup of tea or coffee was expensive.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary at Batumi Palm Hotel, and it was truly unforgettable. The room was excellent, impeccably cleaned every day, and offered an absolutely stunning sea view, perfect for watching sunsets. The pool was pristine and even had a water massage corner. It was a peaceful spot with great music. The sea was just a few meters away from the hotel, making it easy to take refreshing swims. The restaurant and bar were top-notch and reasonable priced, offering a wide variety of local and international food and drink options. The hotel's location was ideal, with many shops and services nearby. What truly stood out was the friendliness and hospitality of the owner couple. Their genuine kindness and helpfulness made our stay exceptionally special. All the workers were very nice and accommodating, but the owners' personal touch made all the difference. We can't recommend Batumi Palm Hotel enough for a memorable and relaxing stay.

This is a lovely hotel in a great setting with fantastic sea views. Our room was clean and modern with its own balcony facing the sea. The hotel also has a nice pool and terrace area. Location is a bit out of town but taxis are plentiful and very cheap. The hotel has free parking if you need it. Best of all was the welcome and hospitality we received from Henry, Inga and their team throughout our stay. They really couldn't do enough to help. The whole place has a really fun, friendly atmosphere. We fully intend to return as soon as possible!

I had a wonderful experience at Batumi Palm Hotel. The owner, George, and the management team, Henry and Inga, were incredibly hospitable and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I stayed in a terrace room with a stunning view of the Black Sea. It was a delight to have direct access to the beach without any obstacles or gardens blocking the view. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short taxi ride away from the city center and the airport. I highly recommend Batumi Palm Hotel for its warm hospitality, beautiful views, and convenient location

Rooms were clean. Staff were all kind and friendly, they’ll make you feel at home. I love the vibes and the music in the pool. The food were delicious, best pasta i ever tasted. Good amenities and relaxing view. Thank you so much for welcoming us.
