The staff is very helpful, what I loved most is the masseuse at their SPA named Tico, she has magical hands and treatment is affordable as well, clean room and near to everything Only there was no view but then since I was always outside it did not matter much

good location near the promenade, but 20 minutes of taxi drive from argo cable car. large and cozy rooms and food quality is fair.

I booked two rooms, I sent the hotel a request that the rooms be together, unfortunately the rooms are on separate floors, after difficult arguments at the reception, after a day I received two rooms on the same floor

For kosher and non-kosher people one of the luxuries restaurant, food is very delicious, variety of food will surprise you. I recommend to everyone, enjoyed every moment. Hotel has every eminent for kosher people, you won’t regret and it is worth of every cent.

Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly.
We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too.
Not enough pancakes in breakfast, each time they bring out ten units... It's a joke
The rooms are big which is good and the food is kosher.

Totally disappointing, there were Israeli flags at the first entrance of the hotel door. Even though the reservation was for a standard room with a sea view, we stayed in a room between tall skyscrapers. The room was not changed even though I told them to. There were Jews everywhere in the hotel. If I'm not mistaken, there were ritual rooms on every floor and community rituals in rooms decorated with special items. The hotel's customer portfolio is Jewish. The building is shaped like a skyscraper, but it is a hotel up to a certain floor, and then office floors. If I'm not mistaken, the owners of the building are Jews. Even the color of the pillows in the rooms is blue and white. Even though my reservation was for bed and breakfast, I didn't even have breakfast. In my opinion, the hotel was not suitable for Turks and Muslims at all.
