One evening the power went out throughout the district, and in neighbouring buildings also. Once in the morning there was no water for an hour. Probably it's all the same infrastructure of Batumi, not the hotel itself

The fire detectors went on my last night and the elevators were disabled so I called the front desk and no one responded. I recommend this place especially in spring and early fall

In the neighbouring building there is a shopping center Metrocity. It is a good selection of shops and a supermarket. In the shops prices are not high, relative to the center of the city

The hotel is 10 minutes from the airport, there is a luxurious casino in the hotel, the staff could have been nicer, the rooms are purple/pink, good value for the cheap price.

I can't say anything about the rooms, but I bought a membership here: gym, hamam, swimming pool. Cost - 250 GEL for unlimited use. Excellent price for this complex. Good running machines, top-notch

Cosmetic repairs are needed: wallpaper needs to be updated, the bathroom fixtures need to be replaced, the lamps (due to wiring issues), and the air conditioner needs to be cleaned and fixed so it doesn't leak into the closet

Overall, I recommend this property if you do not wish to spend 15%-20% more on high-end properties, but if money is not an issue, definitely go for international 5-star hotels in Batumi so that you can really enjoy 5-star quality

The cities biggest mall, Grand Mall, is right across the street and the property is ideally located within walking distance to many restaurants, stores, and tourist attractions

Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming

The rooms were clean and the location was very central, right in the heart of Batumi. The view from our room's balcony was amazing. One side of the balcony overlooked Nuri Lake and the other side faced the sea.
