We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

Overall its a good hotel in a good location. Cons from my POV: 1. We had to ask 5 times for sheets for the kids bed.( overall it took them 6 hours) 2. In the shower the water temp changes from hot to cold precisely every 10 seconds. 3. They moved us to a better room. Hotel facilities and booking page are the same. Sea view rooms face the Black Sea. After checking in, a bellman will guide you into the room. The breakfast is rich, and the spa and gym service park are very welcoming. The indoor swimming pool is of mini type. The floor heating in the bathroom was praised, but the water in the bathtub smelled bad.

touring Georgia as a group of 8 persons stayed at New Wave Batumi for two nights. Check in is smooth , staff at front desk quite polite and helping. Room is quite big giving impression of a suit. whole of third floor is a huge restaurant on one side and swimming pool on other side. bathroom is ok with required toiletries. Since moving out never tasted their food but breakfast that was impressive....

Nice clean hotel. The view is nothing major to talk about, from one corner room you can partially see the sea and from the other, you can see the sports stadium. The location is decent, you can walk down to the seafront. Old town is about 5-10 min by cab or walking about 30-40 mins (depending on where you want to go) Breakfast has a decent spread, and covers for vegetarians too. I was quite disappointed...

Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service.But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. Ran down. Problems with the room weren't handled properly. We had to switch rooms due to a leak (!) in our room, the new room was better but had problems, too. I only found Poker cash game in this casino , they had 1 active table of 5/5 $ min buy-in 300$ , mostly slot machines , few table games , staff speak english and there is a small bar and open buffet , I enjoyed my time 2-3hours of playing roulette and recommend it comparing to other casinos in Batumi

It's ok place for what you pay.

The Hotel is in perfect location with free booking and free cancelling. The hotel is small, the rooms are very clean. Elevator is available. I didn't need breakfast, the staff reduced the price of the hotel. 100 Gel for 1 day, this is very affordable. The entrance to the Hotel is temporary narrow, due to temporary maintenance.
