I liked the location of the hotel - 10-15 minutes to the sea. And there is a 6 km embankment, along which it is a great pleasure to walk. We hope to come again! Huge thanks to everyone!

Excellent hotel! Great location, wonderful staff. The rooms are comfortable: TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. Three meals a day, which was important for our family, and the food was delicious

When checking in, it seemed that the floor in the room had not been cleaned after the previous tenants. There was dust under the child's bed and an inflatable ball was lying around in plain sight

The rooms are not bad: fairly good repairs, furniture that is not worn out, and the air conditioning worked without any problems. Relatively good and varied three meals a day

A modern guesthouse with great and friendly owners, 4 minutes from the sea, very clean and quiet, air conditioning. And this cute little green house stopped by to greet us. I highly recommend this place.

I stayed there for a week and everything is perfect, everybody is polite and if you need any kind of help they will help how much is possible, if I'm going on the Georgian coast again I will definitely stay again in this hotel

Usually while traveling at BlackSee , you’re searching something first line… But this place , especially in Kvariati , is one of the best places to stay. Delicious food , crazy beautiful views on sea and mountains

It is the perfect place to relax. Great view, excellent food, big, clean and comfortable rooms and one of the nicest hosts I've ever had. The transfer to the beach is included.

Kvariati is one of the best places to stay on the Black Sea coast. The resort is located near Batumi and has a special climate. Mountains on one side, sea on the other

The pool and sun loungers are a big plus, the sea is nearby, shops and restaurants are nearby, and the central park is nearby, where events are often held. Our room had a stunning view of the mountains

It's not a buffet, but you won't go hungry to start your day (either scrambled eggs with sausage or buckwheat with sausage, sauces, vegetables, watermelon, tea/coffee, and a pie. It's perfectly edible and sterile)

The room has everything you need: a new refrigerator, not the smelly one that often happens, an electric kettle, cups and saucers, and water glasses, air conditioning, a TV, towels, and a closet with 12 hangers

The place has a cozy yard. It is less than 5 min walking distance from the sea. There is a park right on the other side of the street. Many shops and eating places around.

Its a small hotel situated in the last floor of a mall. The staff are nice and the rooms are great. Breakfast could use a little more variety but it was good as well. They have a huge pool and a gym.

The main advantage is the swimming pool at the above floor! The staff is lovely! However, the room cannot be considered more tha OK. The main problem was the smell of smoke.

We stayed at the end of August. It was a studio room with a balcony facing the courtyard, so you couldn't hear the street. Central Park and the beach were right across the street

The beach has small pebbles, so you don't need slippers to enter the water. The hotel itself has a kitchen on the 3rd floor with everything you need

The hotel is located one kilometer from the beach and 18 kilometers from Batumi (we were driving to the city by minibus). Seriously, this place is really recommendable

We had a wonderful stay at the Georgian Palace Hotel in Kobuleti. The location is perfect right by the beach with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere

- The owner should ensure watercraft are kept in a separate, fenced-off zone. - No pontoon for entering the sea; walking over pebbles is unpleasant, and elderly guests often needed assistance entering the water

- Catamarans from the public beach swam near people and ignored remarks. - Beach security is ineffective and unable to solve issues — problems need higher-level decisions

Did not like: - The beach is poor; boats and jet skis constantly move near the buoys, sometimes entering the swimming area. - Swimming came with the smell of gasoline
