This is a residential building where the entire 9th floor is dedicated to a hotel. The sea is a 2-minute walk away, there is also a 24-hour supermarket, a large mall, and many restaurants nearby

If you stay in rooms on the left side, you have a view of the sea, the sunset side

I stayed for a couple of nights and could have stayed longer! The room had everything I needed, was clean, and the plumbing worked well. It was even a bit warm inside (and this was in winter). The location was great.

Good location, close to the cable car. The hotel is on the 2nd floor, no lift, but they can help you with your luggage. I had the economy room and it was good, just as expected.

The hotel's location is excellent; our room overlooked the port. It's not large, but cozy. There's no elevator, so you have to climb the stairs.

There's a kettle in the common area, but there's no refrigerator, only in the staff dining area, where we were allowed to leave food. The staff was friendly and helpful

The glass wall in the shower was dirty. There was no clothes dryer either, but there was a washing machine. The windows did not look out onto the sea, but onto the backyard

We rented a room at a very low price, so it's a sin to complain. But there are some flaws in the room that should be fixed. A broken bed, a crack in the bathroom, but these are minor things

Great hotel, very close to the sea and with its own restaurant. The garden is clean and well kept, with a nice big pool. Rooms are not very large but well equipped with a fridge, AC, table, and shelves

Breakfasts were tasty, and kids especially loved the food. The only downside was some of the other guests. Many were extremely loud, sometimes staying up until 1–2 a. eating in the hallways or on balconies

Others come here to relax, not to listen to crying children or late-night dinners. Parents, kindly keep an eye on your kids and make sure they don’t disturb those around them

We had a misunderstanding one evening where they didn't know we were expecting dinner, but another hostess, Miranda, asked what we wanted (she was very patient with my limited Georgian) cooked us up an amazing spread of food within 20 minutes! On top of all this, the sea is a 2-minute walk away, and it's clean and calm enough to swim in (on most days), even with young children

Good choice for the appropriate price. Close to the beach, clean rooms, well-trained and friendly personnel, and super delicious meals.

The rooms have balconies with a little table and chairs, and a drying rack, convenient for wet swimsuits and other clothes. We often left the balcony doors open in both bedrooms to let in the fresh sea air

It isn't menu-style, you just request to have dinner or whatever meals you want, and they bring you an abundant and varied spread of tasty Georgian food! The main hostess, Pati, speaks good English and you can easily request a specific kind of food if you'd like

I can't say enough about it! The decor is so pretty and classy that it's a pleasure to just walk in the room, and yet everything is pretty sturdy and kid-friendly

The Khachapuri is not the best in the area but certainly is tasty as it is one of the Adjara staples. The grilled and stewed pork are good and perfectly colored. The fish is even better and perhaps the reason to come

This review is for the restaurant only. It certainly is a beautiful location almost at the Turkish border. Should you be here for any reason, in my opinion the restaurant is a very nice place to dine in the area

The red mullet is fresh, salty and perfectly fried, as long as the chef doesn’t mess up, you will enjoy it. I would not go out of my way to come here but you won’t regret if you are in the area and need a meal

The main attractive point of the hotel was the beach side and the view of the city from our room. For that I would give 10/10 It is a perfect spot for enjoying beach time with family
