The Batumi Steps Hotel is well-suited for families and couples who value chic accommodations and proximity to the beach

Third one is used by stuff to clean up carpet at prime time(why not), and the last one, that I was waiting for 30 minutes, and the it was stopping on each floor all the way down, when it came to Ground level, and the next one P(parking since there is the button) was supposed to go to the parking, but no, apparently that one does not go there, so it went up again! Stuff did not bother even explaining...

Also, I’ve chose hotel, because I wanted to have a meeting room, they target that they have them, but at the property they told me that they don’t have a meeting room! Constantly problems with electricity, no light every day for an hour or so

I’ve sped one hour to get to the parking and had to walk stairs from 22 floor eventually. There are 4 elevators, one is only for stuff, second one was not responding at all

I don’t care how good is food there or the room itself, I rate overall experience - and it’s an awful experience

We were allowed to cancel, but then had to pay all the costs. Moreover, Trip's website claims an indoor pool is included, which isn't the case. You can use the pool for a hefty 80 GEL per day fee

The amenities are quite good, the rooms are clean, and the beach is close

This hotel is in a very good location, near to the sea and not far from ancient city. The rooms don't have the front view to the sea, but anyway the view is awesome

It's good hotel for summer holiday, far from batumi attractions you need a taxi to go to that side of the city but in a great location if you want to enjoy the beach

Really enjoyed our stay. The girls at front desk are wonderful and very helpful and always available. Rooms are great. View was amazing. Housekeeping is there every day if you need it. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

Nice, clean and quiet place opposite the beach, close to a supermarket from the hotel. The train passes in front of it and causes minor inconvenience, but the place is very, very quiet

I’m a little bit confused, generally was clean in whole hotel, breakfast was enough, but swimming pool…. In pictures look really nice but when you go there, something should care a little better

Sea across the road, beautiful, clean beach, on the beach there is a nice cafe and there is also the opportunity to rent a deck chair

This is a good and budget-friendly hotel. The sea view from the balcony is truly beautiful. It’s located around 7 to 8 kilometers from the city center, but it is close to the railway station and bus stand

Back to hotel, there are parking places, really near are shops and beaches

This hotel is a 20-minute taxi ride from Batumi centre. It is a small hotel with a very small pool. That said, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was fantastic

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kobuleti. The location is excellent, being so close to the sea. I also really appreciated the peaceful and quiet environment

It's quiet in the evening, you can't hear music from cafes and restaurants. The room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, a TV, a hair dryer, a table, bedside tables, a wardrobe (there's plenty of storage space)

Very good. I washed all my clothes during my trip. It also has a dryer. I can cook my own food. The tableware is complete! Very good. The room is very big

It's a typical apartment-style hotel, with a washing machine with a dryer, a kitchen, and four bottles of water in the refrigerator. The three of us booked a large suite, so big it almost scared me

Staying in an apartment hotel for a day during a trip to do laundry is quite convenient. Location-wise, it's very close to major attractions within walking distance

For those driving, it has its own underground parking garage on extremely congested roads, which is quite good. However, you have to call the front desk every time you open or close the garage

Good location, underground parking, great view from the window and very tasty breakfasts. I want to come here again!!!

Also, driving into this parking garage requires some skill, as you have to navigate very narrow lanes lined with parked cars. Batumi isn't really suitable for driving

I believe the pictures posted might be outdated because our room looked way better than some in the pictures. Very nice location, close to the beach and the market, quiet and great kitchen to make breakfast, lunch, etc

Best value and service balance in KOBULETI in season.

The staff were very kind and helpful, some of them spoke English so we had no problems. There were shops and restaurants nearby so it was a convenient location. The sea was also close by.

We received wine as a welcome gift. Each room has air conditioning. The owner is a very attentive and friendly person. Cleanliness, coziness, comfort. beautiful views from the balcony

1 directly overlooks the beach and you really think you are living in the sea, and the second one is 20 meters away from the first one, in the same yard. From both of them you are already at the sea in 20-30 seconds

There is also a cafe on the second floor of the beach building, where they prepare delicious dishes. The beach is a bay, on the left side of Castelo Mare. It was not crowded at all in September

Nice! Some rooms are directly with balcony to the beach with a excellent view! Host is very nice but can not speak English. Very pleasant stay here for good price

A great place for those who love a quiet holiday and want to live on the beach. The guesthouse consists of 2 houses

Absolutely wonderful near the sea.

There is a kitchen to do some cooking by yourself - but meals are also available. Some 5 minutes walk away is a Magazin/Shop for your daily beer and foot supply

The hostel's location is ideal—a 5-7-minute walk to the sea. I stayed in a women's dorm with four beds and a balcony (smoking allowed). I liked that each bed had a curtain

However, only the living room has air conditioning, which is sufficient at night. The owner is okay, but polite but a bit impatient. Overall, it's a good fit, and the price is good

The hostel was clean enough and probably one of the cleaner ones in Georgia. They keep it tidy during the day. Overall, I had a good stay and the location and staff were great!

The family room is large, and the two-bedroom apartment has an open fire. All kitchen utensils are included. There's a balcony, clothes drying rack, and washing machine. Everything you need is available

There's a 24-hour European supermarket, a fruit store, and a bank downstairs. Buses go directly to the train station and bus station. The European Plaza is right next door

It felt like a hangout spot for European backpackers, and it was great. Everyone was free and easy. It's a mixed-gender room, so I guess some people don't like that.

The hotel is located close to the center and the promenade. The staff speaks in Russian, nice polite and will help as needed. Breakfast is included in the price. You eat in the restaurant next door Good value for money 👍

Nice Rooms close to the sea, tasteful breakfasts, affordable dinners, staff speaking Georgian and Russian but willing to communicate - although I was not speaking any of these I managed to have proper rest

There is a refrigerator on each floor. The courtyard and floors are clean and cozy, and there is a seating area and barbecue outside. The sea is a 5-minute walk away

The rooms are affordable, considering the sea is 30-50 meters from the guest house. There's a kitchen where you can cook and everything you need, including internet, TV, etc

May the rooms at your "Green House by the Sea" always be filled with vacationers! I really want to come back!

In 2023, we vacationed with Malkhaz and Nonna. We stayed on the third floor in a triple room with a toilet, shower, and balcony. The room is cleaned before arrival, and there is everything you need for self-cleaning

It was a wonderful vacation! The hosts were very warm and welcoming! We have only the best impressions! It was wonderful to see people display the wonderful qualities God instilled in us

the breakfast was very good and the best part is the staffs were very polite. George was very helpful and suggested the places we can have food and major tourist places. The hotel is not swanky however a small cosy hotel

The hotel staff was very helpful showing initiative in giving practical tips on sightseeing. I received a tourist guide and map from them. After check-out we could leave our bags for a few hours

A perfect location at center of Batumi. It might be an old property renovated and that's the reason it's in the heart of the city bang opposite to Argo cable car station

The receptionist, Giorgi was extremely helpful throughout our stay and even assisted with carrying our luggage to the room since there is no elevator
