It’s a fine budget apartment with a good location, but before you checkin, there is no hot water and there is no lifts to carry your luggage from parking.

Location is pretty good, within around 10 minutes walk to the main boulevard. In the area plenty of good restaurants and caffe's. Also the cash exchanges places. The rooms are big enough and have very comfortable beds

The breakfast was good as well, we also wanted to have an omlet which was not a standard and they made it for us. The staff were helpfull and kind. Definitely a nice place almost in the city centre

I'm my opinion this place is a hidden gem the rooms where ok but not that much of a view the service was 10/10 they helped us and told us about good place to go , the location is basically in the downtown of batumi your close to a mall and you got a supermarket beside the hotel but the streets are a bit trashy

Normal hotel Clean hotel, and family یه هتل معمولی و‌خوب برای گرجستان که خانوادگی اداره میشه هتل به نسبت تمیز پر از ایرانی😄 در مرکز‌ شهر واقع شده، جاش خوبه، میتونید خیلی از ممان ها رو‌ویاده برید، نوشیدنی داخل هتل هست صبحانه میده فقط ناهار و شام ندارد، صبحانه هم فقط پنیر وکره و تخم مرغ ، میوه و یکی دو مدل غذای گرجی

60 meters from the embankment. The building, front garden, and rooms impress with their modern design and comfort. They are tastefully decorated. Each room on the second and third floors has a balcony with a sea view

The sea and the promenade are right under your nose, literally a hundred meters and you're on the beach. You can sleep and hear the surf! All the pluses. This place is a real treat for discerning travelers!

There is everything an economy-class tourist needs: comfortable sleeping, clean bathrooms, access to a tourist kitchen, and an owner who will help you with any problems.

There's a kitchen, but the plates and other utensils are rusty and unsightly. We brought our own, so it was fine. The bed sheets are rough and unsightly. The shower water drips a bit. ㅠㅠ The owner, Nino, is very kind.

They explained everything, and upon arrival, everything was exactly as discussed. The sea was, as promised, a 10-minute walk away

Everything they promised was in the room: shampoo, soap, slippers, a hairdryer, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a washing machine (washing powder), an iron, and a kitchen with a range hood

We've stayed here twice and are happy with everything. The rooms have a kitchen and even dishes, so you can cook your own meals. All the necessary shops are nearby

the place was amazing , very clean ,comfortable and good looking place the location was right at the center and was close to all the famous attractions (a perfect location for tourists), the hostess was very kind and nice she treated us excellent, she gave us everything that we needed and even more then we needed and we are very thankful for her help

Great location, 5-10 minutes away from the sea. Personal is very friendly and helping. However, there's high level of humidity. Not sure if it's the inly place, maybe it's everywhere in Batumi

If you are heading to Batoumi then staying at this small cozy hotel is the perfect option. The atmosphere of the hostels in general is luxurious soulless fancy destinations

Good price for a pretty big room, close to many of Batumi's good places. Food was also good, delicious. There were also a lot of good series like laundry and stuff

It's run by a Georgian Family. And the name Temo is their younger child's name. They are able to communicate in English very well. but they are doing their best. Their Hospitality is appreciated

The only problem which i faced is the charging plug 🔌 are not stable for my various chargers. But the Guy who runs the hotel helped me by giving an adapter to charge my devices and gadgets

You can get to the row of shops by the border within a few seconds walk, and you can be in Turkey within 15 minutes of leaving the hotel! The view over the Black Sea with Sarp Mosque over the border is unmatched

The beach is big and surrounded by mountains ⛰️ Someone is renting chairs and umbrellas and there is no place to shower

Small hotel with a homely atmosphere on the seashore. There is a beach, tables overlooking the sea and near the sea. Rested for four days with my family in two rooms

Great hotel. Its own embankment! Distance from Batumi city 15 minutes drive! Children: accepted from any age. Free for up to 5 years! Meals: breakfast, lunch. Home kitchen! Beach: 20 meters from the hotel!

In addition, during our stay at the hotel, they were building a road, filling the embankment with concrete, making a pool. Cleaning in the rooms - if you leave the keys, but we didn't, and the rooms were not cleaned

Unexpected gem in Kobuleti! Service was amazing — fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The khinkali were absolutely delicious (just keep in mind, they’re a little spicy!). The BBQ portions were huge and perfectly grilled

The sea is more clear relatively to Batumi because no rivers are near Sarpi. But there is lack of other attractions here.

Sleeping with the sound of waves. And try the best handmade foods and cultural foods. The foods are even better than most of the restorants. I fell in love with the people who works there

Our room was clean when we arrived only we got just 1 roll of toilet paper for the whole week so we had to ask for it almost every day (they only give you one roll…) Nice balcony view and great location

I was blessed to stay in that hotel. Everything was great including shower head and balcony with view. Only disadvantage of my room was car noise from the road in daytime (no cars at night), but ear plugs helped.

The hotel is located one kilometer from the beach and 18 kilometers from Batumi (we were driving to the city by minibus). Seriously, this place is really recommendable
