That said, the location also comes with drawbacks. Since the hotel is right in the center of the Piazza, live shows and music take place in the evenings, often lasting until midnight or later. This makes it very difficult to get rest after a long day.
The hotel layout is also not very convenient. The reception is on one end of the building, while the rooms are located in a distant section. To reach our room, we had to pass through two bars and a restaurant, then go up two or three floors by stairs or elevator. Carrying luggage in this setup is not ideal.
When we arrived at our room, we noticed there were no bed sheets, which we had to request separately. In addition, our window faced directly into the Piazza, meaning anyone at the restaurants or attending shows could easily see into our room, which compromised privacy.
Overall, the location is very central and lively, but unfortunately, the noise, lack of privacy, and inconveniences in room setup outweighed the benefits for us.
The staff is extremely helpful and polite.. for an early morning train they arrange for breakfast on the go.
The rooms are good and clean. Overall a great experience in a centrally located hotel.

- Toilets were dirty,
- Rooms were extremely small with no balconies,
- Breakfast was unbearable,
- No towels in the room unless you ask, no iron, no fan.
I felt like being in the cheapest hostel or in a guest house.
