In modern hotels payments are processed online and any potential damage can easily be charged afterward if needed. Being held at checkout like this definitely does not match the premium positioning of the hotel

The rooms are well appointed and attractive with high quality mattresses and a great shower. The breakfast is also very good, with different hot dishes served each day. As other have said, the staff are great

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets

One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues

This hotel was perfectly placed for our visit. We could easily walk to the metro, many eateries were close by, it was safe and easy to walk or ride from Liberty Square. The breakfasts were excellent

Green Cape is ideal in itself. Because of the Botanical Garden (tickets to which the hotel administration gives away) and the excellent coastline. There are no crowds of tourists on the beach

Very large portions of dishes. Georgian dishes are always a little spicier and saltier. If necessary (since we are with a child), they took into account our wishes. And they did not make the dishes salty or peppery

Located in a recently restored castle, the impact is notable even if not particularly comfortable (there was also a community party with singing and dancing and so we had to drag our suitcases around the square) large and bright rooms, good breakfast, decent dinner

The hotel offers a very unique experience within a castle setting. The rooms are like those in a guesthouse in China, but clean and hygienic. The hotel's spa is also fantastic! 👍

Incredible, unique stay! It the middle with old Tbilisi, located on a hill and has a beautiful view of the city. The pool is 24/7 so we were able to take a midnight swim. Breakfast was simple but good

The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, and there was hot water—what else could you want? We woke up in the morning to a stunning view from the window—mountains, snow, and more mountains! The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person. The location was great, and as I rented a car, having a parking spot was a huge plus. (The room heating wasn't great, but the bathroom was warmer 😓)

We asked for some lunchboxes for the trip, and they gave us a ton of extra food—superb! The only downside is that there's no power outlet outside; we were driving an electric car, so it would have been useful

The room is clean and as advertised. The staffs are very good. However, there is little parking space, so it is not suitable for parking your car.

The location is fantastic, very close to the Peace Bridge and Trinity Lavra, and the surrounding area has everything you need, making it extremely convenient

The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective in the afternoons because the room had two large windows. It would be a great choice if you want to avoid the summer heat

Excellent breakfasts with an amazing view. The room was cleaned every day. The only downside is a kebab shop nearby where a rowdy crowd gathers and makes noise at night. But this didn't spoil my stay at the hotel.
