The location is excellent!! The rooms are relatively large and clean, the breakfast is normal, but monotonous, nothing has changed for 3 days, and cappuccino coffee is available for an additional fee

The staff was very helpful, Mr. Koray was very interested in the restaurant section and it was clean, in a very nice location.

However, the downside is the noise from parties on the 15th floor at night, lasting until 03:00 am, which can be disruptive

We went one floor higher, and they showed us two rooms. In one of them, the entire shower was covered in mold. In the second room, the jacuzzi water was also yellow, and another centipede came out

The staff member claimed that they sometimes come in through the window, but they clearly live inside the jacuzzi—they don’t fly in through windows

On top of that, the entire balcony was covered in spider webs, including the chairs. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life

Overall, it lives up to Marriott's quality. Its prime location is the biggest advantage, perfect for a casual city walk. The room offers a view of Holy Trinity Cathedral, and a taxi ride there costs only about ten yuan

The hotel has the usual Marriott quality. The hardware is a little old and the lobby is a little small, but it does not affect the comfort of the stay. The breakfast is good and the location is excellent

This was the most satisfying of the three hotels in Tbilisi! The facilities were complete, new, the rooms were clean, and the front desk service was excellent! Across the street from the Portrait Cafe, there are Chinese and local restaurants on the side streets, making it very convenient for getting around

I feel like cheated because I  booked two room, City facing with bathtub, but they provided me one without without bath tub, both without City facing, and one room was very small in  lower category Hotel is very good swimming

They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price

For those who observe kosher, a 2-minute walk from the hotel is a kosher restaurant called Mendis, and a 5-minute walk near the Great Synagogue in Tbilisi is another kosher restaurant called King David

It's already 4th year we are celebrating New Year in Borjomi Palace, thank you especially to Anna Svanidze, Natia Sidamonidze, and to restaurant's manager, also to all the stuff(restaurant, spa and health center)

The location of the hotel is good and very important info for asians, the washrooms doesn't have bidets as most hotels in Georgia

Whenever you want to switch on or off the blower, you've to call the reception for the same. It was really wiered looking into the size of the hotel

The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is hospitable. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces.

We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym

Swimming pool and gym are very good. Unfortunately there are not breackfast buffet because of not many customers

Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service

But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. But overall, excellent room, very happy with our stay

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant thanks to the excellent service provided by Sandro and Giorgi. They were both incredibly attentive, polite, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit

Because of our early flight, we arrived at the hotel very early, and the front desk gave us two hours to check in early. Also, the location is excellent; it's very convenient to get around.

Excellent hotel for travel and business

The rooms that face courtyard is better because no road noise but you will have music from the bar in the courtyard which stops at midnight. It was a good value, around $900 for 8 nights

Overall a good hotel in a good location just outside the old town. However I would not rate this as 5-star. The AC did not work properly, it would stop running whenever it reaches 24C

We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and we absolutely enjoyed what we ate: it was also surprisingly well-priced. The breakfast was very good: well-presented, plentiful and tasted great

Hotel view to the sea and beach is amazing. The location is not perfect, if you have to be in Poti. During winter time there are less workers available in the Hotel, which is understandable

It's certainly not a 5-star hotel. There was a very strong, constant unpleasant smell. The spa is a separate, large bonus. But for such a small town, the hotel is unjustifiably expensive

Nice big elegant rooms, with everything available that a guest needs, a lot of detailing has gone into the making. It's definitely the best place to stay during visit to Kutaisi

Breakfasts are good, buffet, enough choice. Cleaning is daily, but we refused, because we only spent the night in the room

The hotel's location is great, right in the city center of Tbilisi, very close to the metro station and the airport bus stop. The breakfast was tasty, and the room hygiene was good. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The location, room and facility all good, we're happy to stay there . Just walk 15 minutes to old town center or stroll around city by walking, near mart and many souvenir shop .
