Overall it's pretty good, and the location is quite convenient.

Breakfast did not have enough options. Coffee machine was broken a few times. However, the room service was good and the receptionists were always very helpful.

The hotel has a good location, right next to Republic Square. From the airport, take the 201 or 100 airport bus and get off at the second-to-last stop. It's a short walk along a street lined with restaurants

I booked this hotel randomly, but its location was amazing—super convenient by taxi and subway. Plus, the view from the window was fantastic, with a view of Trinity Lafayette

Hotel staff, services and location was great for our stay. Price reasonable for this reason. Only negative was the king bed was just two single twin beds combined.

Our “Deluxe King” room was supposed to have a city or mountain view, but we got a view of another terrace instead. When we asked to change the room, they said none were available, although the hotel was almost empty

This has never happened to us in other 5-star hotels. The food hasn’t changed in years (this was our third stay), and it’s very oily — even the cottage cheese pancakes were swimming in oil

The booking clearly said that a 7-year-old child stays for free, but upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation was for two adults only and asked for an extra payment for the child

It took about 30 minutes to sort this out while our tired child was waiting in the lobby. , and even though we arrived early and asked to use the pool, we were told to buy a day pass

The shower isn’t the best and it has very little power and this is the only hotel we have stayed in whilst in Georgia that has no aircon in the rooms so it was very warm overnight

At first this is not a 5 stat hotel. The location is good but not that luxurious in the photos. The room were really tight until they upgraded us. Not a lot of variety in breakfast which was poor

This was the most satisfying of the three hotels in Tbilisi! The facilities were complete, new, the rooms were clean, and the front desk service was excellent! Across the street from the Portrait Cafe, there are Chinese and local restaurants on the side streets, making it very convenient for getting around

It's already 4th year we are celebrating New Year in Borjomi Palace, thank you especially to Anna Svanidze, Natia Sidamonidze, and to restaurant's manager, also to all the stuff(restaurant, spa and health center)

The location of the hotel is good and very important info for asians, the washrooms doesn't have bidets as most hotels in Georgia

Whenever you want to switch on or off the blower, you've to call the reception for the same. It was really wiered looking into the size of the hotel

The rooms are clean and cozy, the staff is hospitable. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces.

They upgraded our room to a river view room at no extra charge. The spa with a large pool and jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room was excellent and included in the room price

This is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.

The rooms that face courtyard is better because no road noise but you will have music from the bar in the courtyard which stops at midnight. It was a good value, around $900 for 8 nights
