i felt pretty comfortable and enjoyed my stay hospitality is main cherry of the place and rest what i liked was - calmness and quitness of the surrounding, beautiful avenue with coloured lighting and christmas village in 200m rooms were clean and with ideal temp and i got plenty of restaurants around the only time i felt discomfort was when i was going by foot to the hotel and needed to walk around...

amazed by georgian hospitality itself we arrived in tbilisi late night and were not able to get to skiing resort so we booked this place based on the reviews and good price for 4 person room was vast beds and extrabeds even there were actually sofas were comfortable and good for sleep and everything was clean in the morning we were offered breakfast but did not get time for it night shift was...

If you want to feel the spirit of old Tiflis, this is the place for you :) excellent quality of service combined with genuine hospitality will be remembered for a long time :) i was told about wonderful restaurant and also another places i wanted to visit felt new year spirit inside and surroundings of the hotel is beautifully decorated staff is golden definitelly enjoyed

The boss is a kind old man, and there are several handsome young men who run the hotel together. The hotel is in a good location, in the old town, convenient for life and shopping, and next to the Chinese Consulate

Since my flight was in the morning, I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how it is. The restaurant on the right at the second intersection downhill is not good, and the prices are high

The most unique concept in entire Tbilisi. The hotel is not big, it's a very typical boutique hotel in Georgia with design hotel features. It is very clean but in a bit busy neighborhood.

they have a in-house restaurant which will serve you the best food from 11 am till late and we actually almost never went to other restaurants because it is so delicious

10/10 Hotel! wow what a place! we didn‘t know the hotel before but upon arrival it became clear that we hit the jackpot. it feels like home and you‘re also treated like a family member

we liked it so much, that we spontaneously decided to stay 3 more days (6 in total). the rooms are nice, tidy and even in hot summer nights you‘ll get a good night of sleep

Stay in hotel for week in July 2024. room was very spacious with enormous balcony. Room was clean and towels change every day. breakfast Cost €5 it’s good value for money

The dogs and cows were noisier than the planes but slept well. Pricey drinks at bar, didn't have any food. Got a Bolt to Tbilisi old town for a meal and it cost £9. Hotel clean and room big enough for 3 adults

Had an early flight at 6am and this hotel is literally across the road from the airport so we walked to departures early morning. We stayed elsewhere, except for final night of holiday we booked this Ibis

Stayed for couple of nights. Takes 30 mins to old town Tbilisi. Walkable distance to the airport. Clean and Comfortable rooms.

Clean rooms, access to fresh water, hygienic shower in the toilet. Breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about. You could ask for a custom omelette, though, that’s always nice

Stayed here for 4 days, very good hotel in a quiet neighbourhood, you can just walk 5 minutes to bus station. Decent enough breakfast, very good customer service.

The beds were so comfortable, I had a great night's sleep. Good soundproofing, so we weren't disturbed even though hotel is located by a road junction.

The staff at Hotel Genio were extremely friendly and the room was clean and quiet. Its complimentary breakfast adds a lot of value. Extremely happy with its value and will definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms and polite staff, but the location is a big downside. Even with our own car, traffic made it really difficult to move around. Not ideal if you want to explore Tbilisi easily.

Very nice staff, restaurant had lovely food, very good ski depot, shuttle service to first lift every day at beginning and end. Most important - comfortable beds!! Rooms are nice with great showers

Everything was very good in Rustaveli Palace hotel. Rooms very clean and staff very nice and friendly. Ilyas, Ovsana, Theako and other staff were so kind and we talked a lot about Tbilisi and everything

The room fully matched the photos: clean linens, a spotless bathroom, hot water at all times, and excellent heating, which made the stay very comfortable

A cozy and comfortable boutique hotel. Indoor pool was heated well, we coupd enjoy warm sauna after swimming. It was very calm atmosphere, beatiful garden and clean rooms

Please note that, depending on the season, there may be some limitations in the menu, but this did not detract from the quality of the stay

Some Facts: - The place I got was in the floor 46 ( The whole building is 47 Floors). # I liked the place in general, comfortable bed, good wi fi. Also, the location is very near to supermarkets and restaurant

I visited this hotel yesterday as a day guest to use the swimming pool, not as a hotel guest. I also visited the pool last year and had a good experience, so I was disappointed this time

Perhaps it was because I arrived quite late, but unfortunately something seemed wrong with the pool water. After washing my hair, it was left with a very strong musty, moldy smell that would not go away

We booked and read the reviews afterwards. We were therefore a but apprehensive, however we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was nice, enough to choose from. The pool was clean and not overcrowded

Overall: Good hotel & you can tell they are genuinely trying their best, but still a way to improve in some area’s. Pro’s: Rooftop Pool, cleanliness of room, cleaning staff

Good quiet location in the old town, not in the very crowdy area. Nice design inside, the rooftop pool is great, on the mountain side. The only bad point is the bad smell in the bathroom, morning time

Good location, quite quiet, but close to the metro, the room is spacious, everything is there, the only minus is the lack of a window (but they warned about this), breakfast is simple, but everything is delicious

We stayed for a day at end of trip, I wish we stayed here since the beginning, the man at front reception (old uncle) was really good and helpful, never had such warm welcome and hospitality at any hotel, highly recommend for family friends or couples

He is a very good guy and helps in everything possible from breakfast to any service we want. He also was keen to know our food choices according to which he provided us with that type of breakfast

The location and access to the city center by taxi is about a quarter way in the bus stop at the hotel's alley and half-lorry fare. I was pleased with the hotel in general, the staffing behavior was also very good
