You literally have a LIFT just for you in the hotel to access to the main slopes I don’t know how someone can say this hotel has not good location while is the best in New Gudauri because you have a lift 10m from you to access to the ski slopes

All the best restaurants are 5 min walking from the hotel and even the restaurant in the hotel with the fireplace is literally breathtaking. The rooms are so modern, cozy and comfy. You feel literally in a dream

Nina the Head of Reception will help you literally with everything and will make your stay exceptional. I only have nice words for her who make magical our stay and helped me to make my husband birthday unforgettable

She is the sweetest and kindness person I met in the whole trip. Her professionalism is outstanding and beyond the words. I wish I could stay more days but definitely I will back to this hotel forever

The receptionist was incredibly kind and even drove us there in his own car. We also noticed there’s a shuttle near the hotel, which would be perfect for the winter ski season

Room with a balcony, TV and a private bathroom. Toiletries and a hairdryer are included. The restaurant also features a bar on-site. The staff were super friendly with us.

Excellent hotel, the main advantage is the location near the sulfur baths, close to popular restaurants and departure points for tourist excursions. The breakfast is European, hearty, varied

staff were kind and professional and the best part was breakfast, it may not a prize winner cousin competition, but you know there is lovely breakfast awaiting every morning in the restaurant next the lobby

The hotel staff is responsive, they helped us with a corkscrew and an iron. By the standards of neighboring hotels and the room stock of Tbilisi - a good value for money

Good location but no parking and the bathroom has sewer smell

Georgia is heaven, lets not talk about the country, but Ivani hotel is great. the location cannot be better, the pavements through the ways, feels like a movie, it is an expedition every where you wish to go

Everything was superb (location, cleanliness, breakfast provided) except the toilet has unpleasant smell. I hope they can improve on it

Our stay at VIP 40 Apartment in Batumi was absolutely amazing! The host was more than wonderful he texted us before we arrived, helped us find a free parking space, and kept checking on us while we were driving from Kazbegi

Visited this hotel as part of a group tour of the Caucasus. The drive there was pretty lengthy but it was worth it. The dinner and breakfast were good

I stayed here in downtown Kazbegi for 3 nites. I got a big room with a sitting room & balcony for 1/3 of what Rooms Hotel was charging. This hotel has a winery, & their wine shop provides free glasses of wine for guests

I was a little surprised there is no AC in this modern hotel. The breakfast included the offer of omelettes & espresso etc. The restaurant has a nice covered outside balcony, tho’ I did not have dinner here

We also ordered with cheese - they are of a different, unusual shape and because of this the dough woke up a little badly. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the Trinity Church and Kazbek

We were here at the restaurant. Some of the most delicious khinkali with meat, so what. True, the dough is a bit thick, but the taste of the broth and meat is amazing

It is very nice to find a bar beside your bed 😀. The location is very good in the center of Tbilisi and easy access to metro. There is also a lot of café and restaurants nearby which makes a great night life in the area

Great location. 10 minutes to the old town. 10 minutes to Rustaveli square. 15 minutes to the bridge. The hotel has great breakfasts. The rooms are great. The beds are big. The main thing is the mattress is good.

Very good location (a variaty of attractions is in a walking distance, and if not - subway is quite close). A lot of bars and restaurants in a close proximity. Very good condition of the hostel itself

The room is very beautiful and the location is also very good. It is opposite the old town of Tbilisi. The front desk is a little inflexible. Two people are allowed to stay but only one key is given

We arrived about half an hour later, and the room was completely ready. The pool and sauna are excellent — clean and everything works perfectly. There is also a good, well-equipped gym

Swimming pool and gym are very good. Unfortunately there are not breackfast buffet because of not many customers

Nice big room, space enough also in the bathroom. Only 2 minor points to mention were the power sockets, you needed an adapter, which the reception brought to us, so that's excellent service

But the only normal socket had a problem if I plugged my phone charger, it didn't charge, you would have to hold it in a specific way. But overall, excellent room, very happy with our stay

The family suite is spacious with two rooms and two balconies overlooking the Black Sea. The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is quite rich, and the price/performance ratio of 200r is too high!

We’ve tried most of the routes — from beginner-friendly slopes to more advanced runs — and Gudauri truly has something for everyone. It’s especially great for freeriders, with wide open spaces and amazing off-piste areas

In 2026, the lift tickets remain very affordable compared to the Alps, costing around 70 GEL per day. I was blown away by the wide, treeless slopes that offer plenty of space for both beginners and intermediate skiers

Over the years, we’ve stayed at: New Gudauri Atrium Block 4 (same building as Drunk Cherry) Alpic (right across from the ice skating rink) All great locations with easy access to lifts, restaurants, and activities

they have a in-house restaurant which will serve you the best food from 11 am till late and we actually almost never went to other restaurants because it is so delicious

10/10 Hotel! wow what a place! we didn‘t know the hotel before but upon arrival it became clear that we hit the jackpot. it feels like home and you‘re also treated like a family member

I love rooms without windows - no light, good for sleeping, on -1 level. Water pressure is HIGH, in rooms 102 and 104. But the lock was broken. Breakfast was good.

Gorgeous view from the veranda on the 8th floor, where breakfast is. In the evening it is empty, and you can sit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the city, even if your room is on a low floor and without a view

The location of this hotel is absolutely superb. It's within easy walking distance of many attractions and stylish restaurants. Plus, the view from the hotel restaurant's terrace is absolutely stunning!

The receptionist kindly allowed us to check into our room earlier at no extra charge, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, although there was a slightly unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom

As a result, we had to sit outside on the terrace, but when it started raining, we tried to find a corner where the smell of smoke was less noticeable

Thankfully, it didn’t bother us too much after a while. The restaurant on the terrace/top floor was also fine—neither outstanding nor disappointing

The main inconvenience we experienced was that smoking was allowed indoors, even though there is a separate terrace where it wouldn’t disturb anyone

My husband had a medical emergency in the middle of the night, and he handled the situation efficiently and professionally. Overall, the staff were excellent, but certain facilities would benefit from upgrades

Decent hotel, very good room, but service is lazy. There are very limited options for vegetarians, cooks and restaurant staff are not very accommodating, for everything they would say its finished. Location is good.

Lovely boutique hotel close to all the main attractions in Batumi. Well-equipped rooms, welcoming staff and a great breakfast! We had a stunning view of the city from our balcony too (Suite, City View)

A golden treasure in the center of the old city, you can walk to the main attractions. You can get here by taking bus lines 3, 6, 8, and 10 outside Batumi Railway Station

Communal Hotel Sololaki is in a quiet neighborhood, yet it's a quick walk to bars, restaurants, old town, and the funicular to Mtatsminda. Breakfast is amazing, and staff create a warm and welcoming environment

We stayed at 2 of the Communal group of hotels on our recent trip to Georgia: both are quality smaller hotels, decorated with flair, with friendly and obliging staff

Tbilisi is a historic and vibrant city, and Sololaki is a refined and relaxed neighbourhood - the area was integral to our enjoyment of the city. Communal Sololaki occupies part of a converted period townhouse

It has been modernised with flair. Our room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking the quiet street. It was a spacious king - again, decorated with flourish - and was clean and well serviced

The hotel organised transfers to/from the airport. We stayed 5 nights in total - start/end of our trip to the Caucuses. On the basis of our stay, I would absolutely recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel with great staff! Our room was large and very well heated. Breakfast offers a large choice. A metro station is close by but it is at walking distance to Kote Afkhazi street leading to Freedom square

The hotel is in a good location, near the metro and transport hub. There is a 24-hour kiosk and a shopping mall nearby. Breakfast is simple and tasty, like homemade food

The staff informed me about the expected water interruption. Two small bottles of water for free each day. Saburtalo is one of the best districts in Tbilisi

The room is clean and tidy, with a great view. Outside the window is the Lonely Church, which is closest to heaven. It is the best location to take pictures of the sunrise at Jinshan Mountain. It's awesome!

The view from the room is great, facing Mount Kazbek. You can watch the golden mountain in the sun while the heater is on in the room. The hotel restaurant is also good, and we eat in the hotel in the morning and evening

I stayed at this hotel for a week and couldn't have been happier! The staff were incredible, the food was amazing, the rooms were lovely! Absolute family feel amongst the staff, who were so welcoming and couldn't do enough to help! I will stay here again in the future! My thanks to all the team :)
