Excellent personnel! Tasty breakfast - best meals in Tbilisi. Superior family room is cool for two people. The location of the hotel is the best! If I return some day, I’ll choose this hotel again.

Location is in the heart of the city. Few minutes walk from the Freedom Square. A lot of options for breakfast, however, no rice :( The room is nice and clean, but no dental kit provided

The hotel has an excellent location. Nearby is the landmark Freedom Square, as well as a large shopping mall. The bus and railway stations are only 3 minutes away, making it very convenient to go anywhere.

The staff was always helpful and courteous, and the rooms were modern and comfortably furnished. I would especially like to highlight the breakfast, which was both varied and high-quality

I had an all-around fantastic stay at the Hotel Citrus! Everything was fantastic – from the friendly service to the clean and well-equipped accommodations to the delicious food

The room itself was clean, the linens had no strange smells, the WiFi connection was stable, and there was no noise from the air conditioning at night, so getting a good night's sleep was no problem

Staying at this Best Western in Kutaisi was such a breeze, exceeding my expectations! For my trip to Kutaisi, I chose this Best Western right in the city center, and overall, I was really happy with my stay – I just had to share! The location was the biggest and most pleasant surprise! It's right in the heart of the Old Town

Also, the standard room we booked wasn't huge; after opening our 28-inch suitcase, we had to be a bit careful when walking around. However, for those driving, rest assured the hotel offers free parking

When we first arrived, we had a lot of questions about sightseeing routes, and he patiently explained everything, even recommending some delicious local restaurants

You might have to wait a bit between 8 PM and 10 PM, but it's generally not an issue. If you're visiting Kutaisi for sightseeing, I highly recommend this place

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view!! The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy! The breakfast was delicious too! Only thing was the dinner was not particularly good. Don’t recommend the mojitos or spaghetti bolognese

Sitting on the balcony at night, I not only took pictures of the Holy Trinity Church lit up on the mountaintop, but also captured the sunrise over the golden mountains the next morning! It was definitely the biggest unexpected surprise of this trip!

The room facilities are a bit lacking, and there is no TV in the room I stayed in. However, overall the hotel's outdoor environment is very good, the swimming pool is also very good, and you can see the Stone City

Amazingly situated hotel with a great staff - special recognition for the Armenian woman at the restaurant who was attentive to our needs, tolerated our noisy kids and made a birthday extra special! All staff were extremely helpful in accommodating our requests with small kids and older grandparents

Two young ladies in particular, helped with important arrangements: Nia and Lisa organised my airport transfers and helped with, well, everything else, from where to buy the best Georgian wine, directions to the Old Town, plus arranging packed breakfasts on days I had to leave the hotel before 08

It was disappointing to see knowing Georgians generally r very hospitable and willing to help. These ones acted like u drag them with ur stupid questions and they have to go extra mile for free

The hotel across has a patio and people there got excited because of drinking and were sooo load u cannot sleep and I had to call the staff to calm them down and get some sleep

Large bed with a good mattress. The bathroom has supplies, bathrobe, strong water pressure in the shower

We had our own car, and the streets are very narrow, everything is blocked by cars, it's very difficult to drive up the steep hill, and finding a parking spot is practically impossible

The room is relatively clean, only a few small ants crawling around, but they weren't a bother. The breakfast is simple, and the coffee from the coffee machine is tasteless

Located near the Peace Bridge and close to Trinity Church, it's conveniently situated for walking to the National Museum. It's quiet and not on a main road

The hotel is in a great location, with the Kura River outside the window, and there is a nice platform on the top floor suitable for sitting and daydreaming! You can take bus 337 directly from the airport, and it is not far to walk, and the road is easy to walk! The breakfast is super good, I like it very much, super delicious! The family room I booked was cleaned daily with a sign indicating it was available. There's an elevator and air conditioning. Although the facilities are those of a budget hotel, it offers good value for money

Although the hotel is located in a small alley, it's incredibly convenient. It's only a 20-minute walk to Trinity Cathedral (you'll need to climb a hill, which is perfect for a post-breakfast workout)

The Peace Bridge is less than 10 minutes away, making it easy to get around. The hotel breakfast is excellent, especially with bottled water, a coffee machine, and various types of eggs

City Avenue Hotel Tbilisi is one of the best hotel choices in Tbilisi, connecting the lively Arab Street with its restaurants and cafes. The reception staff, especially Ms. Tako, are very friendly and always smiling

Upper floors are bigger and a regular shape with good light and facilities, the ground floor has an aire of what can we jam in here, hence odd shapes and facilities

It is near the town, so good for walking trips, there is a nearby underpass for those of a nervous disposition, Georgian roads have their own challenges

the brown sign at the bottem of the street says Tamar skhirtlafze street- it's on a post hidden by tree branches as does the official blue street sign on the wall on the right

Its a good budgetry hotel with fair prices but dont expect more as services are limited here. Room service is mostly available in the day time and no one in the night
