The hotel’s location is very good. The rooms were clean. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive. The view from the terrace room is amazing.
We were staying here for our first time in Georgia. The location of the hotel is really suitable for the tourists: it's in the center so a lot of sightseeings are near. Also the underground station is located nearby
Although it's the center, it was very quiet and peaceful even during the nights on weekends. Rooms are a bit small but clean and cozy, old-fashioned. I especially liked the bed - very comfortable
Also I advice you to take their airport transfer because it is better than becoming a victim of fraudulent taxi drivers there. I will definitely stay here again if I decide to return to Tbilisi!
The hotel is located in calm neighborhood at a 15 to 20 minutes walk from the old city and a nearby metro station if you don't want to walk
I stayed for four days, the room was amazing with a terrace and a wonderful view over the river and the city, very clean and comfy bed

Nice staff, very clean, good water pressure, slippers, shampoo, gel, soap, smart TV + satellite TV, helped to print boarding, looked after things as they checked out, room cleaning is present, air conditioning

Perfect hotel according price, very clean rooms, staff is very nice, even they will keep parking place front of the hotel for you. Food is tasty, you can ask whatever you want and they will cook.
There is an iron at the reception. On the downside - a little monotonous breakfasts and the absence of mosquito nets on the windows (it is better to buy a fumigator)
Do not get fooled by bombing at the hotel, it is cheaper to take a bolt, maxim, Yandex taxi, at worst, call a car at the reception

We stayed at KMM Hotel for four nights and had a great experience. The location is excellent — very close to Tbilisi’s main tourist attractions, and you can easily walk to most places

The room included an ironing board (though no iron), a television, fridge, and kettle with complimentary coffee/tea, and the bathroom was stocked with six towels, a lighted mirror, shaving mirror, hairdryer and complimentary soap/shampoo
There are some free parking spots in front of the house and otherwise there's a big parking space on the other side of the road which you have to pay per started hour. We didn't book breakfast so I can't review that
Health faucet with wc was a bonus as we heard there are none. Buffet breakfast was delicious & offered a variety to choose from. Hotel Entrance & backyard offered a very nice view

It’s pretty pretty far from public transport. The park next to the hotel is amazing, and you can walk through it to Chavchavadze avenue. Nice dishes and fresh coffee at breakfast

The owner was very kind and friendly. Smoking is permitted in the hallway just outside the room. The room was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with cups, plates, and other essentials.
I spent 3 weeks in the Country and loved it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only 5 minute walk from the ground and a 10 to 15 mi use walk from the main railway station

The rooms are small but comfortable. Everything is new: bed linens, robes, towels—everything is superb. The breakfasts are excellent, and a big thank you to the women who prepare them—everything is delicious
One thing I forgot to mention: the delightful fragrance of the roses in the garden at the entrance is absolutely intoxicating
The breakfast in the morning is really the highlight, the staff is so nice, they made omelettes for us on request. And last but not the least, the view from each room is so pleasing to your eyes

I am a retired marine officer who worked in ships for over 42 years. During these years service had to join and disembark in numerous foreign hotels. Never experienced this type of behavior from front desk
Next day when we came back (we were 4 seniors; me and my wife in one room and my daughter's in-laws in second room) found 2 sets of bath and face towel not provided though the maid has taken the used ones
They require a better person at front desk who can provide better customer service being cordial. After our outing, and some shopping we came back late evening. We (senior citizens) needs medication
Now instead of going down called front desk and said bath and face towels are missing. With a grumpy face he came with bath towels. When asked about face towels he did not know face towels

Reviewing the restaurant only. Have been there several times. The food was good. We tried Georgian salad with walnuts, gazpacho, odzhakhuri, shashlik, and khachapuri. Prices are ok. Service was also good.

I thought it was a winery + hotel. The hotel facilities are very good. Fortunately, the hotel can prepare dinner for two people. It also provides two large glasses of dry red and semi-sweet wine for free tasting
We booked a room in 15th floor But duo to some unknown condition they gave us a Suite in 9th floor. Well the suite was good with a very nice balcony. But the view of the sea was not the thing I estimated
Room was clean but for Blankets. Breakfast was acceptable but coffee was not included! Staff very extremely polite and kind **** Shower was Awful! No Hot water!
