Everything was terrible!
Especially the owner and the manager of the hotel. From my point of view, they are obnoxious, rude, disgusting personalities and only care about money, nothing else. Their hospitality is not hospitality at all.
I would highly recommend not to stay in that hotel, because it would be just a waste of money and time.
Also, as far as I know, there are no bellboys, security guards and only receptionists and housekeepers.
I suppose The owner is so greedy. Which is of course unacceptable.
Conclusion — Don't stay in the hotel.

I have been in georgia for 5-6, days
Only stayed 1 night in gold hotel old tiblisi ( i am disappointed with service )
I asked for regular water
On reception they told me drink tap water 🤣 as its from spring
I mean come on..
when asked bottled water and i will pay they told me to go and buy by yourself
I think it should be from hotel 😄 although i am disappointed with rude behaviour i am sorry.. team gold hotel old tiblisi
