Great location to start exploring Tbilisi. Respectful, professional, and helpful staff and managers. Decent breakfast that includes everything a person needs to start their day. Highly recommended!

We were so glad to have an amazing experience with this hotel. Staff is super friendly, always are welcoming and supportive.
Hotel is pet friendly and our dog spent his vacation in fully comfort with us.
Rooms are in good condition with affordable furniture and nice cleaning service.
Breakfast was so nice too.
So happy to find such great hotel and 100% will stay in future

We stayed in this place for five nights for our stay in Tbilisi . It's a great value for money, the location was really good. The staff was courteous and the service was good too. The views from the room were decent and spacious rooms.
The only issue was in getting the luggage up. Though they had an elevation to pull the luggage up, but the angle was not comfortable. But that's the small thing and is an issue only if you have heavy luggages and once when you carry the luggage up to the lobby.

Disappointing. I have stayed in four different hotels in Tbilisi. This is absolutely a 2 star hotel at max! I don’t know how they received those extra starts but it really is not worth it. Cleaning staff was also very loud the whole morning and the basic breakfast didn’t help either. Rooms have nothing a four star hotel should offer. Just water and shampoo.

great hotel, great people, all the hotel workers are friendly and kind. the room was clean, comfortable, the bed linen was nice, 4 pillows, a large bed. it was very comfortable to sleep. you can stay with animals. wonderful, tasty and varied breakfast. the table and chairs for the balcony were an additional plus. there is also a dryer. we will definitely return to this hotel. there is parking

Compared to other international destinations, the rooms were basic but acceptable. However, the food was below standard, and the dining staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, the AC wasn’t working as it had been intentionally turned off, which made the stay uncomfortable.
That said, it remains a budget-friendly option for travelers prioritizing cost over comfort.

Its a good budgetry hotel with fair prices but dont expect more as services are limited here. Room service is mostly available in the day time and no one in the night. Sometimes you yourself need to go to reception and pick things up. Also make sure to get one different charging socket as georgia has different charging points and not the international ones. I got one too from them so it was well. Dentist and amenities were not provided in the first day when we arrived and when asked we got in the second day. Coming to the breakfast, everyday they have same breakfast with just very few items get changed. Rest the stay was nice and perfect with this fair price and what we paid for.

Staff were very friendly n helpful. We are definately going to visit this hotel again. The breakfast was okay but the overall stay was good. Whatever was needed or required was provided immediately by the entire staff. There is a young girl who is serving breakfast was too sweet.

I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the staff at the Sephia Hotel for our pleasant stay. They were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in earlier. The room was spacious and clean. Surprisingly very quiet in the morning, couldn't hear the outside noise. Nice breakfast. We would definitely come back again.
