She also recommended local attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. We stayed at the end of August, and she thoughtfully offered to turn on the heating if we felt cold at night. The room is completely new, very large, clean and comfortable. The photo matches completely.  There is everything you need and in excellent condition. The hostess is very hospitable and responsive, solves all issues promptly, met us despite the fact that we arrived late at night, treated us to a pie and incredibly tasty khachapuri! The car was parked in the yard without any problems.

A clean and quiet place. Good internet. A pity there is no possibility to order a meal from the hotel, but you can cook it yourself, the kitchen is equipped really well.

It is very nice place. Personal is really hospitable. We were living in good, pure, spacious room with amazing view on mountains. Rooms are staffed of all necessary things, really comfortable and well planned and designed. There is a big hall on the first floor with soft chairs and sofa and table.

Very clean rooms, two with beautiful mountain views, and two on the other side (but probably with a view as well). A very nice elderly lady prepares delicious and hearty breakfasts. Everything you need is provided: a kettle, coffee, tea, microwave, refrigerator. The room includes towels, a hairdryer, and even new toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The host doesn't speak English, but he provides a hearty breakfast. If you are assigned a front room, you can see Mt. Kazbek, which is nice. All rooms are on the 3rd floor, so I had a hard time moving my luggage.

The rooms were good and super clean, with a great view on the Mount Kazbek and the Gergeti Monastery. The breakfast was one of the best we had in the whole Georgia. The owner does not speak English, but you can have a basic communication about the details of the stay (payments, time of the breakfast, ...).

Amazing place, humble and courteous host ... Its a good option away from city hassles BUT only IF you have A CAR... Please do not choose if you don't have any transportation... City center is quite far and there are NO Resturants or shops close by.

Spectacular views from room, we took the quad room, wakho & his family are really loving hosts, & they not only welcomed us into their home but also made it really a joyful stay for us. Kids had a chance to milk their cow! Wakho is a great guide , a very professional & safety conscious person to be trusted. We will surely stay with them again in our next trekking adventures!

This is the first thing I saw everyday right after I open my eyes, the view is out of this world and way better than the photos The room was so clean and organized, the owners are the friendliest people ever. Absolutely amazing experience! The hospitality was the best, everyone was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. The view was breathtaking And the FOOOOOD ... wow! Very nice lady. Tasty breakfast. Need to wait long for hot water. You can use a washing machine and a drier. We stayed there 13 people for 3 nights. 800 meters from the center. Rooms are clean, each room for 2-3 person

Very nice clean and big family house with superb views. We had breakfast on the balcony with a magnificent view of Kazbeg snow topped mountain with St George church in the forefront. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. Excellent value for money in a very special area.

We did a Masterclass , cooking class. Ani (she is a Superwomen) did all the hospitality for us. She run all things over where . Always smile, help and explain to us during the class (3hours). Also she help guests of the hotel with a smile. I will come back !

The very first meeting was very positive and pleasant, especially thanks to the staff — the girls were incredibly sweet and extremely polite. An amazing place to stay in. The host is very friendly, always there when you need him and happy to help you with any questions you might have. This hotel is more like a chalet than an hotel. Family oriented with basically communal eating. A huge downstairs area is available for guests to lounge in, play games and just enjoy themselves. There seems to be just 2 corner-room suites that get the best of the magnificent mountain views. Room 153 is one of them

Room is fine. Comfortable, spacious, bathroom is good. WiFi was mostly always working. Some issues with noise in the building especially late. We stayed on the lower level and every upstairs footstep is heard below. Not the most peaceful location. Breakfast is good, filling, local food. We departed early for hiking so we only were able to enjoy breakfast 1/3 days. Good, simple stay with nice people...

The view is indeed great, but it's really not a good experience when there are no signs inside the building and staff are the only ones telling you not to take photos. The shower partition in the bathroom was just okay. Its main advantage is really the location.

The hotel's in-room facilities are pretty basic, but the views are absolutely stunning. Breakfast was plentiful, and you can also order dinner at the hotel. It's great value for money, and the cocktails are delicious!

A lovely place near the supermarkets and restaurants. It has a very nice ambience (the fire oven was great), the bed is comfortable and the view from the windows is top! Situated high on the hilltop overlooking Stepantsminda, these cozy cabins have two double beds, one in a room and one in a loft space. Rooms are basic but have incredible views out over the valley, and the site is much more peaceful than down in the village itself. The restaurant Maisi next door is incredible. Only downside here is that the restaurant gets busy, so there are often people hanging around...

Absolutely loved our stay at Kazbegi Cabins. The views are unreal—waking up to Mount Kazbek right outside your window feels like a dream. Beautiful view! The room had everything you needed. In the evening, when it got cold, the heating was turned on. It's very cozy. The view from the window is just incredible. There is a delicious restaurant nearby. The only negative is the next room next to it and the walls are very thin, literally everything is audible.

The hut is stylish and the view is great, it's pretty far from the city but still surrounded by all you need. This cabins such a beautiful and cozy place to spend some time out of bit cities. It has 2 bedrooms, one of it in the 2nd floor. You can get nice view to Stepantsminda and mountains.

This is the best hotel in the world: best food, best views, best service, best air. It is like a Paradise on the Earth. The food is so brilliant that it gives you a feeling of being an Emperor, nature is fantastic it gives you a brilliant feeling.

Very very cheap, friendly host, one of the best working showers I've seen in georgia! Great beds also, we all had a superb sleep, quiet, with a view of the kazbec Mountain.

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, we went for a hiking trip and got a room that was overlooking the mountains (even from the Breakfast room). Breakfast was good, a variety of local food and salad. The host and her family were lovely, will definitely recommend this hotel further for guests who are interested to stay in Kazbegi.

Very friendly people; in the center

Overall, everything is fine and clean. The rooms are a bit chilly in winter, even though there is heating. We had to wander around a bit to find the place; maps take us to a different location from this address.

There are no services provided; everything is done independently, including check-in and check-out. Although the owner responds via WhatsApp and provides instructions for your stay through chat, we still contact them first.

Very satisfied. The room was great with a view. The staff were friendly and welcoming. It's very close to nearby tourist areas, making it convenient to go anywhere. The surrounding environment was also very quiet. Overall, a very good experience.

There wasn't much service, but that's not to say it was bad. There was no check-in or check-out required; you just gave your name correctly and got a room. When you left, no one was there, so you could just walk out. All rooms had a large lawn in front of them, with some rocking beds and lounge chairs, which was quite chill. The room had central heating, but it woke me up in the middle of the night...

The room is clean and the location is ok, 15 minutes walk to the city center. No TV or refrigerator.
