Very nice family hotel. Magnificent view, great hospitality and family atmosphere. Good breakfast.

Family-run hotel, friendly and attentive. Clean rooms, just outside of town, right on the road. Suitable for groups, flexible meal times, tailored to your needs. Good food, the owner cooks herself.

The only place where they let us in at 4 am. The rooms are good, the view from the windows is excellent. Purely. Slippers, bathroom amenities are available. Comfortable beds and pillows. Very polite staff. There is a veranda where we had a snack with our products. There are grids on the windows, which is not available in all hotels. Were very satisfied

Very new (as per December 2019), comfortable quiet, VERY WARM, hotel. When we were there, dining room, kitchen and outside terrace were not yet finished, but looked imoressive. Room was small but cozy. Nicest staff eager to make you feel comfortable. They have private parking. Mountain view, but not the Trinity church view, be careful!

The room are really comfortable. The beds aren’t perfect but it was by far the best view in the mountain with the panoramic window in the rooms. The hotel is very elegant. It has a nice common terrace and very beautiful dining hall. Staff were nice and helpful. But it lacks some standard features like a double bed (during booking the room my request was a double bed, but when we got the hotel, we saw separate beds. A fabulous, stylish guest house ,great view from the balcony ...I stayed in room 202and it was very clean and modern.. The mattress is one of the most comfortable I ever had in Georgia. Stayed as part of the first ever Contiki Best of Georgia tour (June 2024), and enjoyed the stay. Surrounded by mooing cows, a beautiful view of the snow capped mountain peaks from my room, decent breakfast buffet, and friendly staff. Thermostats don't seem to work for colder temperatures, but the area is mosquito free and it is possible to sleep with the balcony door open.

I read a lot of rave reviews about this guesthouse. But for the price, it's so-so... I can't say anything bad, but Georgia has impressed me with its service in many places, but unfortunately, not this hotel. The sofas are very dirty. The shower is weird. Due to various reasons, the original accommodation was fully booked twice. We contacted Ctrip customer service and changed it to Pyramid. The customer service was in contact with the owner throughout the whole process. The owner was also very nice and had been waiting for a long time. Otherwise, Kazbek would have become a day where we would have to sleep on the streets.

This is a nice hotel with comfortable cozy rooms, always hot water and friendly staff. We stayed several days in February 2026 and did not have any problems. It is worth to add, the heater works well and sometimes I even had to open the window to chill up the room. Also beautiful view to both sides of the valley. Highly recommended!

There's a kitchen with varied cutlery to cook own food, 24/7 tea coffee and a great paid brekfast. The location is a decent walk away from the main road and market. Also wish they had a lift.

We have been travelling in Georgia for a month and this was our best stay. It was a very cozy and familylike, we felt very much at home. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen and courtyard were really nice to hang out in. The host Leila was very generous and we felt more welcome than any other place were we have been. The breakfast was delicious aswell.

We stayed in Kazbegi for 2 nights. STUNNING VIEWS from my bed. Cozy homie vibes. The room is very clean and neat. Comfortable bed and blanket. Hot shower is working perfectly. The rooms are okay, host is very friendly, but we don't suggest to have breakfast there. Besides the terrace is for common use, so it's not a big drama if you just take rendom room without additional cost for mountain view.

We stayed here for 1 night and we wished we could have stayed longer. It’s a long ride from Tbilisi but definitely worth it when we arrived. The location of the hotel offers a great view of the mountains and the city. We were given a room at the end of the hall with small balcony so we get to see both views on each side. Amazing! We had a lovely stay in Hotel Alpenhaus. The view from the room was amazing. The staff was very sweet and helpful. The food was amazing and all our requirements were taken care of. It is the perfect stay to get lost in your thoughts right in the middle of the mountains.

I stayed here for 5 nights and it’s definitely worth it! Giorgi and Sofia are very accommodating, and the hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Important to note that they don’t offer food here yet, but there’s a lot of restaurants around the area so that’s not a big problem. Gonna come back for sure!

We spent a comfortable 4 nights at WH hotel. The location is up the hill from the main street so an " exercise walk" is needed. The views of Mt. Kazbegi from the rooms is beautiful, especially at sunrise. The only negative thing is the noisy wooden floor boards from upper floor rooms.

We, a group of 10, had to stay there because the road to Gudauri was blocked. We got quickly a room, Georgi was such a friendly and helpful host, the rooms were perfect, everything you need was there, the view was fabulous. Highly recommended. Thank you, Georgi!!

We had a beautiful stay with the mountains and trinity church view from inside the room itself. The host is very friendly and nice and family maintained. We also did a day trip with them they were very friendly and took to best places like Dariali Monastery Complex and Elia overall I recommend this place very much Rooms were neat and well maintained.

Nice view. Top rooms have a slightly better view, but are a bit smaller. In the bottom rooms you can hear if somebody is walking upstairs. We got a glass of wine as a welcome drink. Big dog, but super chill.

Service & hospitality was great. Excellent view to the top of mountains and a nice spot to enjoy the weather. Brilliant ambience as the complete structure is made out of wood. No food availability on premise and No shattaf in the toilets. Apart from that it was a great experience. They also have a pet dog named Bugi who was very friendly and playful with kids.

The view is unbelievable. Room's needs are for sure a microwave, heating for bathroom too cus its central. A bit walking distance from the center and bolts are expensive. So make sure you get some snacks and beverages before going up.

This is the best hotel in the world: best food, best views, best service, best air. It is like a Paradise on the Earth. The food is so brilliant that it gives you a feeling of being an Emperor, nature is fantastic it gives you a brilliant feeling.

Lovely 2 night stay at this hotel, we went for a hiking trip and got a room that was overlooking the mountains (even from the Breakfast room). Breakfast was good, a variety of local food and salad. The host and her family were lovely, will definitely recommend this hotel further for guests who are interested to stay in Kazbegi.
