L.M Club Hotel in Tbilisi

We arrived on New Year 2026. In the morning of January 1st during breakfast we were told that as these are non-working days in Georgia (!!!) there was nobody from their staff in canteen. They had invited 2 women who didn't want to work at all. Forcibly somehow they came to bring dishes for everybody and some food. Then with each family who came in, the same happened. They were very arrogant and even didn't apologize. We didn't know who they are because none of them was in the uniform. There was no salt at first, very limited number of dishes and during the whole stay breakfast menu was the same. The manager we couldn't meet during our whole stay. Our room was more or less normal, but the door of the bathroom could not be closed due to 5 cm space. The cleaning ladies were good and polite. We didn't see any security during that period. Even if smb was in charge for it was not clear as we didn't see security uniform. The only good thing is the hotel location. We strongly recommend everybody never to go there!!!

Some problems….

The hotel was very poor, they were not responsive, the reception was not responsive, there was no restaurant, the breakfast was very, very poor, the room facilities such as hairdryer and other equipment were not available. Because there were 4 tennis courts there and the kids were constantly coming for training, the noise from the kids was really loud and it was disturbing the cafe.

avoid this place at any cost unless you are looking for a worst experience in hotel staying. true representation of the trojan horse, nice from outside, nice at the desk and a total catastrophe after you make a payment. paid, struggled to get required service, got my refund and left for a nicer hotel I gave it 1 circle, because it was the lowest

In my opinion, the hotel where we stayed for four nights was an unpleasant experience. The behavior of the staff, from service personnel to reception, was close to zero. We encountered issues every day. Either the air conditioner was broken, or the toilet wouldn’t flush. I remember a day when we entered our room, and there was no toilet door handle. When I mentioned it to the reception, they responded rudely in broken English, asking where we had put the door handle. They even said they couldn’t do anything until tomorrow. I won’t even mention the pool, where someone, perhaps acting as a lifeguard, constantly warned us. I reached my limit and confronted a lady who identified herself as the manager, despite neglecting her duties. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.😔

Below Average Hotel, Not a 4-star One
Definitely not a 4-star hotel. There was a squashed cockroach on the bathroom wall, the towels were not prepared for 2 people, and the pictures of the breakfast have nothing to do with the reality. There was only about 20% of the food on the table. The pool was also very disappointing - very crowded, dirty, and cold. The locker-room was flooded the whole time, people there did not seem to mind it though. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing experience. There were other actual 4-star hotels that I could have stayed at for the same price, but unfortunately I wasted my money on this one. Would not recommend it to anyone.

At first, I did like the hotel for its simplicity even if they dont clean well our room. I booked here for 8 days Sept 7-14. We had two days of being away in Tbilisi then left some of our things in the room. We were shocked when we came back on Sept 13 and the receptionist told us that we checked out already and removed our stuff from the room which was impossible because our booking was up to 14. They gave our room to others and gave us a new room but unfortunately, after getting our stuff my new Timberland boots were missing and the Tommy Hilfiger coin purse of my friend with some money was missing also. So be careful in this hotel.
