Reviews
The room was small, poorly ventilated, and felt damp. To make things worse, the shower didn’t drain properly, which made using it an unpleasant experience.
However, the worst part of our stay wasn’t the room itself—it was the owner’s complete disregard for paying guests. On one of the nights, he hosted a private party for non-hotel guests in the bar attached to the hotel. There was no proper noise insulation, and the loud music and shouting carried straight into our room. When we raised our concerns, we were met with a dismissive response stating that the law allows noise till 11. While that may technically be true, it doesn’t change the fact that it made for a terrible experience for those of us who actually paid to stay here.
To make matters worse, the party didn’t even stop at 11—it went on until 11:30, and only after confronting the owner in person did he finally turn the music down. By that point, he was drunk, rude, and condescending, telling us that not everything is perfect when you travel. That may be true, but running a hotel means making decisions that prioritize guests’ comfort—not actively working against it.
This was a clear case of a business owner choosing to take our money while knowingly creating an environment that made our stay miserable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you enjoy being treated as an afterthought.
They forced us to pay extra service charge for breakfast on check out,( we already payed for breakfast but we have been told that we need to pay service charge as we already had a discount for breakfast - Nonsesnse
Greedy owners - won't recommend.
There's only 1 breakfast option - eggs.
Small and dark rooms. strong smell of damp.
About the stay itself: The hotel's location is good, in a cosy street with nice bars and cafes. Lobby decoration is cute but there is a bad smell inside. The rooms have a huge sound isolation problem. You are hearing all the noise from lobby, from other rooms and corridors. Our sleep interrupted a lot of times. Thr reception staff are nice people, but they unfortunately don't warn people to be quiet, they even not bother talking loudly to the guests at midnight. We booked two rooms with same properties. One of our two rooms was good enough, it was same with the photos. But the other one was too small (like 12 square meter), half of the other one. It was impossible to move properly in the room, or opening suitcases etc. Bathroom is super small, there is a bad smell from lavatories and there is no hanging of shower you have to hold the shower head in your hand.
