We didn’t stay at the hotel so can’t speak about the rooms.
Atmosphere warm.

Overall? I say over rated and over priced.

Also the pick up from the hotel isn’t free it’s for 80 lari quite expansive compared to uber.
Could have been better if the rooms are up to date and AC is working as in summers it’s frustrating to sleep without chillers. The room I got was at the street and you could hear children playing (as there are some houses at the main streets where the room window will open) early morning makes you difficult to just sleep till late.
Almost all tourist attractions are near by, groceries are around the street and so are some ATMs and banks. Ablavari station is literally 4 minutes away and next to it is a buss station. Around the corner of the station there are grocery stores where you can buy stuff you need. The area is pretty safe to roam around in that way but rooms and the facilities could have been better !
Also, there weren't a lot of dishes from menu, because, as they said - their menu is old and they do not have a new one.
Hence - minus one star.
But service was good, food - tasty, and view - one of the best in the city.
