What an amazing hotel, with amazing views and amazing staff, i will start by mentioning all of them as such an amazing team, especially Anton and Tako, they were very friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean, the hotel was clean, and the best Fettuccine Alfredo I ate in my life

This is very nice hotel in a heart of town near Andza tower and funicular, place is superb, tho not being able to order food from restraunt was a minus and spa was abit overpriced, still breakfast on top of hotel was nice, superb view

All was greate, except there was no water fucet in the bathroom to wash our bottom. That was annoying we had to use water bottels & it felt uncomfortable

Amazing hotel with amazing staff, especially George & Nic, both are extremely chill and helpful. and the best part, the morning breakfast

Very few vegetarian options for breakfast, the in house spa is expensive, the only reason I rated the service as three stars because they offered assistance early morning when I wanted to take a cold medication

Good hotel, about a 30-40 minute taxi ride from the airport. There's a gym and a small sauna. Breakfasts are tasty, buffet style, though the selection isn't huge. In the bathroom, the toilet flush wasn't working well.

The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small

Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality

The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and great value for money. The front desk staff, Lizi, was incredibly cheerful, answered all questions promptly, and provided excellent, professional service

But they corrected this the next day. The phone in the room didn't work (the call button was for reception), so we had to go to reception with any questions

Few of the staff speak Russian, and they apparently don't understand English well either, as they gave false information several times

An excellent choice, Hotel is top clean and staff very friendly. In Georgia normally staff are not that friendly but in this hotel is different. They are very helpful and they try to full fill all your requests

In case you wish go little further to Tbilisi mall or east point is about 15-20 minutes drive depending on traffic. And is almost same distance to the airport

Breakfast buffet is very acceptable I recommend book your stay with breakfast. Room service menu is also good and there a choice for every one

The hotel is far from city center noise but still close to every where 5 minutes taxi drive to center and shopping mall Galleria

I checked the service at its best personally, as an auditor. Deserves 5 stars although it only has 4 stars. The hotel staff were at the highest level compared to other hotels; I traveled as an auditor of 7 hotels a day

There was a refrigerator, electric kettle, tea/coffee, TV (which wasn't working very good). The furniture was ok, some pieces weren't new and some were even scratched

It would be hilarious if not my girlfriend was there,in hotel,with a reservation under her name and fully paid and those ****** did not let her in! I finally arrived at hotel late at night and again receptionist was not able to give me a proper reason of their behavior

Anyway this does not mitigate what happened: we were denied the entrance without any reason and most serious is that even if I called from my country the hotel while she was denied the check in,well the front desi staff pretended to have the right to deny check in

Unbelievable! When I arrived I had a confrontation with the most ignorant front desk staff ever: they insisted - with most unreal excuses- that tuis was the rule of hotel : both guest should check in together “

Finally saturday morning I went down again to reception and finally the Front desk manager appeared and admitted their mistake

I called the hotel and asked why that? They said “ for security reason”

I even wrote to tue General Manager of Hotel: so far I have not got any anwer. this hotel is pure crap: stay off and book any other hotel in Tblisi not this one

My daughter, my friend, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days (2 nights), and we absolutely loved everything! The room was clean and cozy, and everything was neatly prepared

Hotel is located on the main street... Staff is great.. I meet with a guy i forgot his name but he speaks fluent english...He drove me in his car to buy something...I strongly recommend this hotel for stay.

We were travelling on a budget so we chose an affordable small room. It had almost everything, large comfy bed, AC, TV, dresser. etc, clean and room service came everyday to clean and fix things

Rhe buffet offers Black Georgian tea, soft cheese, oatmeal, salad, jam, yoghurt, eggs, all healthy. There is a bus stop just 30 meters to the left. Public transit can get you to the Old Center

Breakfast was a nice divers traditional items, all fresh and prepared on the fly. For me it was all new experience. Even if you requested some specific items they can prepare it for you

Tea and Seoma were most warm and sociable staff. Rhey heloed mecwirh a Georgian sim card, shared unique cultural truthsabout Georgia and Abkhazia. Rhe lobby is calm and welcoming

The street around is shady and good for strolling and has all kinds of shops, convenient stores, money exchange, restaurants, metro station, banks, even drug stores

An alright hotel for a short stay. The heating was on full blast at the end of March, and the room was small. It's close to the city center.
