We went there a second time, but we won't be going back after 15 years of loyalty. We were massively disappointed, instead of an apology we were told lies. That's not how you treat guests. The two stars are for my husband's dish. Documentation is available.

Good food, but terrible service. No attention and long wait times. The candle on the table was never lit for the entire dinner.
10 minutes until we got the menus and none of the waitresses even looked at our table. The food was prepared and served fast, but we had to wait at least 15 minutes for the plates to be removed, and even after asking to pay it took another 10-15 minutes before we actually got the bill.
If you want to eat here, make sure you're doing so when there are no other guests, to ensure you get the service you're paying for.

I very much enjoyed my stay here. Free mountain cable car pass. A really cracking breakfast and a friendly reception. The nice lady even let me have the room early. The single room was fine.

Great place, very accommodating and clean. Delicious breakfast, fantastic spa area. Nice staff and spacious modern rooms. Recommended!
