The staff of this hotel is so helpful and kind. They went out of their way to make us feel at ease. Hotel room was clean. 24 hour front desk.

I liked this hotel
I liked this hotel, but you should not have too high expectations. It is a fairly stnadard hotel, not fancy in any way. The essentials were there, wifi worked ok, I had a large room, free parking just outside the door. No restaurant though but there were plenty nearby. Didn´t use the breakfast so cannot comment.

Location was a short 10 minute walk via a lengthy pedestrian walk thru. Lots of restaurants and shops along the way. Transportation is right outside of hotel. Staff is friendly, especially housekeeping.

A very nice hotel overall. Staff was helpful getting us around the metro. A decent buffet breakfast. Owner/manager was very attentive.

It is a good accommodation. Very close to the center of Essen

On arrival we were met by the lady at the font desk who was very friendly and welcoming. As we had arrived somewhat early they offered to keep our belongings aside while we explored the town center nearby. When we returned to our room later we found it to be well equiped, clean and spacious. We only stayed one night but had no issues whatsover and slept well. The location is right on the edge of the main city center which was very convenient given our trip was to visit the markets. For an additional 10 euro pp there is also the option of a breakfast buffet which we found to be fantastic. Overall really good value for money given the location and time of year. Thanks for having us!

It is a nice hotel, the owners are nice and friendly and also speak English ok. The rooms are not very modern, but they are big and clean. The location of the hotel is also very good, near the center and the shopping mall. The breakfast is ok.

The place itself is not the best for the eye, but is comfortable, easy to find and close to the center. Also the staff is very kind and always there if you need help or have special requests. Suggested

I loved this hotel. The price seemed to fluctuate a lot so maybe I could have paid less but the staff, room and breakfast were all excellent.
The only thing was that the reception area didnt look great. The carpets were old and dirty looking, so I expected a bad room, but was pleasantly surprised.
Definitely the best hotel I've stayed in. Also, the breakfast was the best!
