Overall it was a good experience. It's a bit noisy at night. I stayed for one night; the expectations were met. The overall value is good. I quite liked the breakfast and the morning staff.

Unwelcoming, it was busy but no excuse. Told to stand at the bar when there were seats available. Beer ok.

Nice small family-run hotel/bar next door. Clean good sized rooms.

The rooms are very clean and nicely done for the price. The owner and staff was very accommodating and helpful. They have a nice pub downstairs especially for those who like to watch football.

We stayed under the roof, warm but ok with the window open. Spacious, clean, amazingly quiet. Top price-performance ratio. Everything was great!

Main reason for the rating:
- When the outside temperature was around zero, we came into a room where the window was open and the heating didn't work.
After being asked to fix this, we had a not even medium-warm heating.
- The bathroom was moldy, dirty and had water damage over the shower
- The bed has such a worn and battered mattress that I didn't know how to lie.
- Breakfast was not offered, poor/no parking space
Pros: The (supposed) staff was friendly.

Got almost no sleep thanks to exceptionally loud music until 4am on a Wednesday night / Thursday morning. Shame as the room and bathroom were quite nice.
