- When the outside temperature was around zero, we came into a room where the window was open and the heating didn't work.
After being asked to fix this, we had a not even medium-warm heating.
- The bathroom was moldy, dirty and had water damage over the shower
- The bed has such a worn and battered mattress that I didn't know how to lie.
- Breakfast was not offered, poor/no parking space
