It was good, and breakfast was okay. However, the location isn't great; it was very noisy outside. The front desk was very nice.

Honestly this hotel was wonderful. Great location, the room was clean and well maintained and the staff was very helpful. Located on a pedestrian street with a Christmas Market, there is some outside noise during the night but nothing that disturbed our sleep. We found the beds very comfortable, and the room was nice. Ava at the front desk was amazing and wonderful to chat to. The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants, bars, malls etc. and very close to the train station.

The staff was very friendly and helpful every day. The rooms are relatively modern, but unfortunately so small that you'd think you were in Hong Kong.

The room was nice. The staff was very friendly. However, the hotel is very noisy (snoring and coughing from the neighboring room can be heard). The elevator is very small.

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a huge disappointment. Upon check-in, we were greeted very rudely by the hotel manager, which left a bad impression right from the start. Unfortunately, things didn't improve afterward: During our entire stay, our room wasn't cleaned once, and we weren't given fresh towels.

The location is also anything but family-friendly – there are neither quiet places nor safe options for walking with children in the area. It was also very noisy at night, making restful sleep almost impossible.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel at all, especially not for families or travelers who value cleanliness and friendly service.
