Great staff The hotel is clean and all the things you'd expect. The reception staff were brilliant - really, several cuts above what you'd expect in the average hotel. We had several good and helpful conversations in both English and German

We had an appointment at GOP. We saw this unperfect hotel nearby and liked the idea of imperfection. :-) The service was very nice and they gave us upgraded rooms. The toilet wasn't imperfect, it was supersonic! Warmed toiletseat, treatment for your bottom. You can go to the restaurant for the meals. The were good and there is enough choice for all eaters even vegans.

The rooms are dated but very clean with everything what you need. I would definitely recommend to take breakfast. It is worth it. The breakfast was even better than some 4 star hotels. Friendly checkin staff, clean and comfortable room. The balcony was quite nice. The bed was comfy with a bunch of pillows. Despite being in the centre of town, it was really quiet at night and I had a great night's sleep. Very good value for money.

Breakfast was typical Continental Style with cold cuts yogurt cereal but there was no hot options such as eggs or sausages. Nothing special but adequate. Overall, I would definitely stay here again
