😟BUT: If you arrive late, you need to call a telephone number to get a code for your keys. 💥Suggestion : maybe send the key code as a message or an mail instead?!
😟You will only get new towels if you ask for it. No ordinary room cleaning.
😡ROOM 43 HAS A SLIGHT SMELL OF (POISONUS) MOLD. KEEP THE WINDOWS OPEN!

👍I read in one of the other descriptions that the hotel soon is to be closed for renovation. Very good idea!!
The room was clean though and the bedding was clean, so I’m glad at least for that. The staff were beyond nice and helpful though and let me work for a few hours in the dining area until it was time for me to catch a train.
Location wise, it’s a 10 mins walk south east of the HBf so that’s super nice, but it’s a little questionable at night time, especially if you’re a solo female traveler like I was.
