This is just an average hotel.
The room is small, but it's in the city center with convenient transportation.
For over 3,000 yuan, even the cleanliness is poorly maintained.
There was a spider crawling on the sheets, but no apology, just a commonplace attitude.
I asked to change rooms, but the front desk told me they didn't have a similarly priced room and I'd have to pay extra. ***This is completely my fault, okay?
The cleaning staff were quite nice.

The location is excellent and the place is clean. It's located in a building, so it might be hard to find at first. The hotel is small, with few staff, and service can be slow at times. There's no doorbell, so I often hear knocks on the door.

No parking (nearest - 15 minute walk). No service. Staff was extremely u friendly, and overcharged me. Management doesn’t even care to respond to emails. Awful experience, never again! There are tens of good hotels within the same price range in Munich if not cheaper.

Advantages: The Ctrip details for the single room say the bed is 0.8 meters long, but it is actually over 1 meter long; the location is unparalleled, right next to the grain market, not only close to the Marienplatz subway station, but also only a few minutes' walk to the old and new town halls, St. Peter's Church, Frauenkirche, Holy Spirit Church, Asam Church, and Munich Palace.
Disadvantages: As can be seen from the picture, the bathroom is only separated by a shower curtain, with a large space underneath, and half of the bathroom will be splashed with water when taking a shower; the buffet breakfast is terrible.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Fruits and snacks were given as gifts when checking in. Soft drinks in the minibar were free. The front desk service was also very warm! The bathroom in the room had floor heating. The location was unbeatable. The old town hall at Marienplatz and St. Peter's Church were a few minutes' walk away. The area nearby was very suitable for shopping. Munich was the last stop of my European trip. The luxury shopping street was only a ten-minute walk from the hotel. I accidentally discovered that the traditional breakfast shop that was opened for decades and was very suitable for checking in was on the street next to the hotel. The Luckin Coffee that I wanted to drink after traveling around Europe was also a few minutes' walk away!

The location is very convenient, surrounded by many tourist attractions in the old city, and a variety of restaurants and food. The location is irreplaceable.
The service is also good. I didn’t feel any discomfort.
We only had breakfast for the meal. There were many options and the taste was in line with our preferences. In fact, we ate the avocado bowl for five days in a row.

I had a very good time in this hotel. I was positively surprised about the service and the quality.
The room was very clean, nice style, modern and unique.
The breakfast was very good. The food option and variation quality was excellent. And I liked a lot the breakfast team. They were very friendly and attentive.

We were in Munich for a short stay to visit a friend at her stables an hour outside of the City Center. Staying at Louis Hotel was a smart and perfect decision. The Hotel through Alexandra efficiently helped us arrange our transports daily. She also assisted in ensuring that our late luggage (Lufthansa) was safely placed in our room the following day. The room was very good, comfortable and quiet. Breakfasts were healthy but need not be. Haha. The waiters were all attentive and efficient.
Best of all, just going outside the door brings one immediately to Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and MaximillianstraBe. When we visit Munich again and even if we live half way around the world, we will definitely book here again.

I am writing this review from room 406 on the 5th day of our 2 week honeymoon at this amazing hotel. We have stayed in Munich numerous times, at a number of different hotels in the city centre and not one comes close to this hotel.
From Entering the reception area on our first day we were in awe of how beautiful everything is. The staff are wonderful, especially Nikolas at the bar.
Our room was prepared in a way that made us feel so special.
We cannot praise this hotel and its staff enough and look forward to the remainder of our holiday here. Honestly, don't look elsewhere for anywhere else to stay, this hotel is all you need.
