Location is great. Close to old town and walking distance to everywhere. Can’t complain there.
Service is nice and welcoming. Very professional and friendly staff.
Now the hotel is not a 4 star (well I guess 4 stars in Europe are 1 star in Dubai).. The rooms are tiny, the bathroom is tiny, they provide 2 towels only and the toiletry if of the cheapest kind.. The bed head board is falling apart (see pic), but the rooms are comfy and clean.
The breakfast buffet is decent (much better than US based 4 stars breakfasts). Good variety of food, bread, muesli, cold cuts etc..

Just recently had a 4 night stay at this hotel and I have nothing but praise, the location is excellent, close enough that you're in walking distance from all the focal points of the city but tucked away enough that you don't get all the noise from the busy areas. Room was spotless and had everything we needed also the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of food to choose from and the staff were friendly and efficient and helpful always with a smile. We would definitely stay here again if we have a return trip to Munich.

This hotel covers the most important needs for a touristic travel: proximity to most popular touristic landmarks, cleanliness, friendly staff, a decent breakfast, a comfortable bed. It’s an old building and rooms are narrow, but they cover the basics pretty well.

The only downside is that the building is an old one and sound isolation is a miss. You hear other guests walking in their rooms and in the hallway, flushing in their bathrooms, even their speaking. My sleep was interrupted multiple times by guests packing and leaving early in the morning and those going to breakfast in the morning.

Perfect location, an easy 5 minute walk from Marienplatz and close to the other central venues. Very friendly welcome with clean, tidy rooms. We had a powerful fixed shower (in bath) and TV has many, many channels. Decent breakfast also included.

Solid recommendation for fair value hotel in Central Munich.

this hotel has all the things that most travelers need first location location. You can walk about anywhere that you need to. There’s plenty of transportation around a comfortable bed with really nice sheets and covers towels. Air conditioning that works perfectly. This is by far I really luxurious four star hotel as far as basic necessities go which to me is location, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, clean room, and people that work at a place that really wanna be helpful and make you feel comfortable and this hotel had it all The breakfast was very good everybody at the hotel couldn’t have been nicer. I can’t mention just one because they were all very nice and helpful. The only thing a small negative is that they bathrooms are like being in a cruise ship bathroom so be prepared for that.

The hotel rooms aren't large, but they're clean and well-equipped. The location is convenient, near the subway station and within walking distance of attractions. The breakfast was good, and the front desk service was attentive.

What a great find! Our family of 3 loved this hotel. The location could not be better, located on a quiet street, but easy walking distance to all of the favourite tourist sites. We enjoyed staying in a suite with some extra space. Breakfast was generous and there was ample space in the breakfast room. Anytime we needed assistance, whether it was directions or a later check out, we always encountered a friendly and helpful member of the team at the front desk. We would certainly return to stay here if we ever find ourselves in Munich again.

Breakfast waitresses were quite rude and abrupt. Front of house were friendly and helpful. Rooms were ridiculously small. Barely enough room for suitcase storage. Very noisy room servicing staff who were shouting to each other along our corridor and slamming doors at 8am when we were still trying to sleep. Air-conditioning in room seemed to have zero effect regardless of setting.
